Abstract
Способ получения биологически активного удобрения, включающий смешивание навозосодержащих сточных вод с рециркуляционным активным илом, аэробную обработку смеси, отделение избыточного активного ила, его уплотнение и сушку, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения агрохимической эффективности удобрения, аэробную обработку ведут при нагрузке на ил 70 - 225 мг ХПК/г ч и скорости роста ила 0,01 - 0,02 чдо снижения загрязнения сточной воды по ХПК на 40 - 70%, а сушку избыточного активного ила осуществляют при температуре 170 - 190C.A method of obtaining a biologically active fertilizer, including mixing manure-containing wastewater with recycled activated sludge, aerobic treatment of the mixture, separation of excess activated sludge, its compaction and drying, characterized in that, in order to increase the agrochemical efficiency of fertilizer, aerobic treatment is carried out at a load on sludge 70 - 225 mg of COD / gh and sludge growth rate of 0.01 - 0.02 to reduce the pollution of waste water on COD by 40 - 70%, and drying of excess activated sludge is carried out at a temperature of 170 - 190C.
