Description
The invention relates to a power system, in particular to methods for cleaning steam turbine condensers.
The known method of cleaning the inner surface of the containers by pumping water through them with a filler in the form of ice balls with a diameter of 0.5-1 mm, obtained by supplying air to the water, cooled from -5 to -10 ° C. At the same time, the air-water flow removes soft sediments, and ice balls clean the surface from both organic and mineral deposits.
The main disadvantage of this method is the insufficient cleaning efficiency, since Due to their small size, the ice balls will be the same as the entire length of the condenser tubes.
There is also known a method for cleaning pipes with elastic balls, which is taken as a prototype. In this method, in order to increase the efficiency of cleaning the pipes, hollow elastic balls with protrusions on the outer surface are used.
Недостатком этого способа вл етс то, что при довольно большой эффективности очистки трубок, не происходит дополнительного охлаждени циркул ционной воды .The disadvantage of this method is that with a rather large cleaning efficiency of the tubes, there is no additional cooling of the circulating water.
The purpose of the present invention is the expansion of technological capabilities by cooling the circulating water during cleaning.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the method for cleaning the tubes of a steam turbine condenser by circulating hollow elastic balls with protrusions on the outer surface, the cavities of the balls are filled with 91–97% of their volume, and before entering the condenser, water is frozen in of them.
The method is carried out as follows; balls filled with water that pass through the condenser tubes are fed to the pressure conduit. Cold air from the cold generator is supplied to the same pipeline, with the formation of ice balls in water and freezing of water in

When the balls pass through the condenser tubes, the tubes are cleaned, and as ice melts, the circulating water cools and its temperature decreases, which leads to an increase in the heat transfer coefficient and a deepening of the vacuum in the vapor space of the condenser.
In the proposed cleaning method, hollow balls with a diameter of 1-2 mm smaller than the diameter of the pipe are used,
The magnitude of the filling of the balls with water is determined from the condition of increasing the volume of the ball when water freezes.
Calculations show that when water freezes, the volume of the ball increases by 9%, while about 2% of the increase in the volume of the ball will be compensated for by the air gap, and 7% - by the deformation of the elastic ball shell.
An increase in the ball diameter after water freezing due to the condition of increasing the initial ball volume by 7% is 2.3% and, for example, for a ball diameter of 23 mm and an internal pipe diameter of 24 mm, its diameter will increase by 0.53 mm that will not cause the ball P to get stuck,
Fig. 1 shows the dependence of the change in the diameter of the ball due to the freezing of water in it on the degree of filling of the ball with water at an initial diameter of 23 mm Do-ramka. Since the volume of the ball is
100%.if the water filled in it can change by a maximum of 9%, the degree of filling affecting the change in volume must be taken in the 91100% range. With a lower degree of filling, the volume of the ball will not practically change. As follows from the graph in Fig. 1, according to the degree of filling of the balls, the diameter of the balls can be adjusted, and as the degree of contamination of the tubes increases, for a more effective cleaning, the degree of filling of the balls with water should be increased to 100%.
