Description
0,25,The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular, to cool the coolant during excavation with preliminary freezing of rocks and can be used to cool the water of the mine surfaces of hydrocaloriferous and coolant of low-grade heat sources. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the energy consumption for cooling the heat transfer by using natural gravity. The drawing shows the overall cooling circuit in the installation, a slit. The cooling unit consists of a horizontal pipe 1, a vertical pipe 2, on which thermal insulation 3 is applied, a heat transfer pipe is supplied to the heated coolant 4, a vertical heat exchanger 5 and a horizontal heat exchanger 6. Ooh, the descending installation works in the following way. The coolant, for example brine, from the freezing column is fed by a compressor through conduit 4 to a vertical heat exchanger 5 located in the pipe 2 covered with thermal insulation 3, then to the heat exchanger 6 and further to the freezing column. At the same time, the air in the vertical pipe is heated to a temperature above the ambient outside air temperature. Since the specific gravity of the heated air is lighter than the cold air, a natural draft of ha occurs, and the air begins to move in the direction indicated by the arrow in the drawing. The movement of air under the action of natural ton gi increases the heat transfer coefficient from air to the coolant, i.e. there is a more efficient cooling of the coolant. The efficiency of the installation is the higher, the greater the difference in air temperature in the vertical pipe 2 and the outside air. In connection with this, the vertical pipe is heat insulated, which makes it possible to increase the intensity of natural draft. Dimensions (the ratio of the diameters and lengths of the vertical and horizontal pipes) are chosen in each particular case depending on the average winter outside air temperature, as well as the flow rate and temperature of the heat transfer medium in heat exchangers. In general, the outcome is based on the experience of ventilating placers the well, you can accept the ratio of the internal diameter of the vertical pipe to the diameter of the horizontal pipe not less than 0.3 and the ratio of the height of the vertical pipe to the length of the horizontal pipe not less than 0.25,
