The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the manufacture of multi-component connections of parts.
The design of multi-shear bolted connections is known. The fatigue life of the known compounds is largely determined by the level of stress on the walls of the extreme rows of bolt holes. To reduce the loading of the extreme rows of bolts, a reduced diameter is used, or their installation with sparse pitches. However, the effectiveness of these measures is low. Reducing the workload of the extreme bolt rows can be achieved by installing them in a package of parts at an angle to the load. However, the known connection is laborious in assembling
Closest to the invention is the joining of parts in which the bearing surface of the bolt head is made with a bevel of the surface relative to the part being joined, which allows, when bending the fastener, to reduce the resistance of the sheet and thereby increase the flexibility of the end rows of bolts. However, this connection is limited by the use of countersunk heads in bolts; in addition, it eliminates the tension on the hole, which reduces the technical effect of the connection to increase its fatigue life.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the connection.
To achieve this goal, the multiple connection of parts contains unidirectionally mounted in the holes of the joined sheets of a series of bolts with washers and nuts placed on them, with two diametrically located sections of the supporting surface of each head.
As regards the place of application of a load to a sheet of bolts adjacent to it, located perpendicular to the row, the first one is made inclined to the opposite side of the surface of the sheet to be joined and are located relative to the latter with an increase in the periphery of the head. The other two diametrically angled 90 ° to the mentioned sections of the supporting surface of each said head are made with radial protrusions with a rounded cross section, while the supporting ends of the washers placed on the bolts of the first row relative to the place where the load is applied to the interface with the said supporting ends of the sheet washers are made similar to the surface of the heads of the first, with respect to the application of a load on a sheet of bolts which is adjacent to the said heads. At the same time, the forming convex surfaces of the bearing surfaces of the end faces of the heads of bolts and washers are linear in the direction of a number of bolts.

The multi-part connection of parts consists of joined sheets 1,2, fastened with several rows of bolts 3, nuts 4 and washers 5. Fatigue failure of the joint occurs along sections under the extreme rows of bolts: sheet 1 along section AA, and sheet 2 in section BB (see FIG. 1). To reduce the load-loaded ™ extreme rows of bolts, the bearing surfaces (surface B) of the head of the first relative to the place of application of the load on the part being joined are bolted to the part 1 of the surface being joined to the part 1 with increasing to the periphery of the head gap. The increase in the gap between the bolt head and the sheet to be joined is obtained by making the surface of the head convex, with the resulting bulges being straight in the direction of the first row of bolts. On the other two diametrically opposite sections and located at an angle of 90 ° to the convex sections of the head, radial projections b are made with rounded cross-section. After axial tightening of bolts, the plot of constant stresses along the bearing surface of the bolt head looks like (see Fig. 2), and the longitudinal axis of the bolt takes position 06-06. After an operational load Re is applied to the joint, the bolt rod bends and the bolt head changes relative to the sheet to be joined, while the gap between the bolt head and the surface of the part in front of the part applied to the part by the bolt decreases and the bolt increases (see Fig. 3 ). Profiling the surface of the head leads to the fact that when the bolt is bent, its head seems to roll over the surface of the sheet without creating large

Повышение податливости болта приводит к снижению его нагруженнрсти по напр жению см ти по стенке отверсти под болт,the magnitude of peak stresses (% 1 is significantly reduced. The presence of protrusions 6 in the joint leads to the fact that, at the site of the probable fatigue failure of the joint, large contact stresses act, a kind of local tension, which contributes to an increase in the fatigue durability due to the creation of residual compressive stresses , increasing the crack resistance of the parts being joined. Making the bearing surface of the bolt head convex contributes to increasing the flexibility of the bolt rod by reducing the resistance reaction of foxes a. Increased ductility bolt reduces its nagruzhennrsti on voltage creasing of the wall of the bolt holes,
It should be noted that the profiling of the support surface and the arrangement of the protrusions must be made for the support surface, which is first with respect to the place of application to the part being joined. So, if such a surface is the bearing surface of the washer (section B-B of the joint), then a similar surface of the bolt head along section AA should be performed for the surface of the washer.

For such pairs of combinations of materials, it is recommended to perform the projections with a width of 5V 0.3-0.5 diameters of the bolt rod, while the rest of the surface should be shaped so that the greatest angle of the tangent to the convex
