Description
Изобретение относитс к очистке сточных вод и может быть использовано дл очистки городских и промышленных сточных вод.The invention relates to wastewater treatment and can be used for the treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater.
Известен отстойник дл удалени взвешенных веществ из сточных вод, включающий корпус с при мком дл сбора осадка, илоскреб с расположенными над ним продольными вертикальными перегородками из синтетического материала с нат жными элементами, закрепленными на торцовых стенках отстойника, распределительный канал и сборный лоток.A septic tank for removing suspended solids from wastewater is known, including a housing for collecting sediment, a scraper with longitudinal vertical partitions made of synthetic material above it with tensioning elements fixed on the end walls of the septic tank, a distribution channel and a collection tray.
Наиболее близким к предлагаемому вл етс вторичный отстойник дл очистки сточных вод, содержащий корпус, расположенные внутри него узлы подачи исходной и сбора осветленной воды, узел удалени осадка, состо щий из скребковых или илососных приспособлений и трубу дл удалени осадка.Closest to the present invention is a secondary settling tank for wastewater treatment, comprising a housing, internal supply and clarified water collecting units located inside it, a sludge disposal unit consisting of scraper or suction devices and a sludge disposal pipe.
Недостатком этих отстойников вл етс недостаточно высока эффективность процесса очистки в св зи с беспреп тственным выносом неосевших в зоне осветлени частиц ила с осветленной водой.The disadvantage of these sedimentation tanks is the insufficiently high efficiency of the cleaning process in connection with the unhindered removal of particles that have not settled in the zone of clarification with clarified water.
Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности очистки.The purpose of the invention is to increase the cleaning efficiency.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что отстойник дл очистки сточных вод, включающий корпус и расположенные внутри него узлы подачи очищаемой воды и сбора очищенной воды, удалени осадка, дополнительно снабжен устройством дл иммобилизации частиц активного ила, выполненным в виде сетчатого материала из объемной нити и расположенным р дами перед узлом сбора очищенной воды.The goal is achieved by the fact that a settling tank for wastewater treatment, including a housing and located inside it supplying water to be purified and collecting purified water, removing sludge, is additionally equipped with a device for immobilizing particles of activated sludge, made in the form of mesh material from a bulky thread and located dami in front of the site collecting purified water.
Наличие устройства дл иммобилизации частиц активного ила создает услови дл предотвращени их выноса с осветленной водой за счет прикреплени отих частиц к поверхности сетчатого материала, благо- дар выраженным адгезионным свойствам активного ила.The presence of a device for immobilizing particles of activated sludge creates conditions for preventing their removal with clarified water by attaching their particles to the surface of the mesh material, thanks to the pronounced adhesive properties of the activated sludge.
Устойчивость сетчатого материала к биохимическому воздействию должна обеспечить долговечность и надежность работы устройства.The resistance of the net material to the biochemical effects should ensure the durability and reliability of the device.
Ячеиста структура материала, выполненного из объемной нити, не преп тствует движению воды в отстойнике и создает более развитую поверхность, тем самым уве- личива ее общую площадь дл прикреплени частиц активного ила.The mesh structure of the material made from the bulk filament does not hinder the movement of water in the sump and creates a more developed surface, thereby increasing its total area for attaching the activated sludge particles.
Расположение материала в устройстве в несколько р дом позвол ет увеличить общую площадь поверхности дл иммобили- зации активного ила.The location of the material in the device in several ways allows to increase the total surface area for immobilization of the activated sludge.
Устройство дл иммобилизации частиц активного ила удерживаетс в свободном состо нии с помощью, например, поплавков , что позвол ет отказатьс от жесткого каркаса дл закреплени сетчатого материала .The device for immobilizing the activated sludge particles is held in a free state by using, for example, floats, which makes it possible to abandon the rigid frame for securing the net material.
Дл предотвращени уменьшени активной поверхности сетчатого материала, происход щего при всплывании или слива- нии отдельных сетчатых р дов, к нижним их кромкам прикреплены, например, грузила, заставл ющие р ды сетчатого материала удерживатьс в вертикальном положении.To prevent the reduction of the active surface of the mesh material, which occurs when the individual mesh rows are floating or merging, weights, for example, are attached to the lower edges, causing the rows of mesh material to be held in a vertical position.
На фиг. 1 изображен отстойник, общий вид; на фиг. 2 - отстойник, план.FIG. 1 shows the sump, general view; in fig. 2 - sump, plan.
13.The settling tank consists of a housing 1 and a purifying water supply unit 2 located inside it and a collection unit consisting of a tray 3 and a discharge pipe 4. A water distribution device 5 is located in the central part of the housing 1. In the lower part of the housing 1 there is a sludge disposal unit including sludge scrapers 6, with IC 1 and pipeline 8 for removal of sludge. Above the surface of the housing 1 is a rotating farm 9, driving the scrapers b. In front of the tray 3 there is a device for immobilization of particles of activated sludge 10, made in the form of a mesh material 11 from a bulky thread attached in the upper part to the floats 12 and loaded in the lower part by weights 13.
Отстойник работает следующим обра- зом.The sump works as follows.
Очищаема вода подаетс в корпус 1 через узел 2 подачи. Направление движущейс воды в отстойнике регулируетс водораспределительным устройством 5 и The water to be purified is supplied to the housing 1 through the feeding assembly 2. The direction of the moving water in the sump is regulated by the water distribution device 5 and
направл етс к периферии отстойника, затем собираетс лотком 3. При перемещении воды от центра к периферии происходит седиментаци основной массы активного ила и на выходе из отстойника в осветленной воде содержитс незначительное, в пределах 10-20 мг/л, количество взвеси, представл ющей мелкие плохо оседающие хлопь активного ила. Перед тем как попасть в лоток 3 осветленна вода процеживаетс через вертикально расположенные р ды сетчатого материала 11. Благодар свойству активного ила в среде, бедной питательными веществами, стремитьс к прикрепленному состо нию частицы ила закрепл ютс на поверхности сетчатого материала 11, тем самым уменьшаетс их содержание в осветленной воде, повышаетс эффективность очистки.sent to the periphery of the settler, then collected by the tray 3. When water moves from the center to the periphery, the bulk of the activated sludge sediments and at the outlet of the settler in the clarified water contains a small amount, within 10-20 mg / l, of suspended matter poorly deposited active sludge flakes. Before entering the tray 3, the clarified water is filtered through vertically arranged rows of mesh material 11. Due to the property of activated sludge in an environment poor in nutrients, the sludge particles tend to adhere to the surface of the mesh material 11, thereby reducing their content in clarified water, the cleaning efficiency is improved.
По мере накоплени на поверхности сетчатого материала 11 частиц активного ила при достижении некоторой критической величины масса ила отвалиоаетс от сетчатого материала 11 и под действием силы т жести опускаетс на дно отстойника, откуда удал етс вместе с основной массой осадка с помощью илоскребков 6 по трубопроводу 8, На саморегенерировавшейс поверхности сетчатого материала 11 возобновл етс прикрепление частиц активного ила.As the activated sludge particles on the surface of the mesh material 11 accumulate when a certain critical value is reached, the sludge mass falls off the mesh material 11 and under the force of gravity is lowered to the bottom of the settler, from where it is removed along with the bulk of the sludge 6 by means of silt scrapers through pipeline 8, On the self-regenerated surface of the mesh material 11, the attachment of activated sludge particles is resumed.
Хорошие седиментационные качества отдел ющейс от сетчатого материала 11 массы ила гарантируютс процессами минерализации за счет автолиза последнего, происход щими в аэробной среде отстойника . Благодар авторегенерации сетчатого материала 11 исключаетс необходимость в каких-либо регенерирующих устройствах, а сорбционные и гидравлические характеристики сетчатого материла поддерживаютс в состо нии, близком к исходнрму.Good sedimentation qualities of the sludge mass separating from the net material 11 are guaranteed by the mineralization processes due to the autolysis of the latter, which takes place in the aerobic medium of the settling tank. Due to the autoregeneration of the mesh material 11, the need for any regenerating devices is eliminated, and the sorption and hydraulic characteristics of the mesh material are maintained in a state close to the source.
Таким образом, по сравнению с прототипом предлагаемый отстойник позвол ет увеличить эффективность процесса очистки за счет иммобилизации частиц активного ила на 40-50% по взвешенным веществам, а по5ПК5-на20-25%.Thus, in comparison with the prototype, the proposed settling tank allows to increase the efficiency of the cleaning process due to the immobilization of particles of activated sludge by 40-50% for suspended substances, and by means of PC5-by-20-25%.
