A known electromagnetic separator containing a magnetic system with pole pieces, magnetization coils and a polygradient medium in the form of plates arranged in an interpolar space. The separator is designed to remove magnetic inclusions from liquids.
The disadvantage of this separator is that in case of a sudden disappearance of voltage in the electrical network, the magnetic particles are washed away into the purified product, and it is generally not suitable for the separation of bulk materials because of the grouting of the material in the interpolar space.
Closest to the proposed is a magnetic separator, in which
In the interpolar gap, there is a ferromagnetic (/) filler in the form of plates containing protrusions and grooves, which, at j adjacent plates, have opposite 3 angles of inclination.
также невозможность использовани такой SO конструкции дл сепарации сыпучих мате- v риалов.iyThe disadvantage of this separator is also the flushing of magnetic inclusions in the purified product with a sudden disappearance of | voltage in the electrical network, when removing the course of magnetization coils, a. also the impossibility of using such an SO construction for the separation of bulk materials.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency and reliability of the separators w pa, which can be used to separate both liquid and bulk materials.
The goal is achieved by the fact that permanent magnets mounted from removable separation blocks are used as extracting elements in such a way that the induction vectors of magnetic

The separator will hold the magnetic core 1 with the pole tips 2, the magnetizing coil 3, the product pipeline 4, inside which in the middle part located in the interpolar space there are removable separation blocks 5 which contain permanent magnets 6. The detachable separation blocks 5 rest on the guides 7, made of angular steel and mounted on the side walls of the pipeline adjacent to the pole pieces 2. The permanent magnets 6 are located on removable blocks 5 in such a way that the magnetic induction vectors n The poles of the magnets and the electromagnet connected to the DC source coincide or are relative to each other at an acute angle. The permanent magnets of 6 removable units are offset one half step relative to each other and have opposite tilt angles with respect to the vertical axis of the pipeline. The product pipe 4 on the front side has a window that is closed by a cover 8 with eccentric clips 9. The cover 8 during removal of the retaining blocks 5 from the product pipeline 4 is opened by turning relative to the hinge 10 Fixing elements of permanent magnets 6 on removable blocks 5 are shown.
Electromagnetic separator works as follows.
When a constant voltage is applied to the magnetization coils 3 in an interpolar space, an uneven magnetic field is created with high values of magnetic induction on the faces of the permanent magnets, since the magnetic induction vectors of the electromagnet and the permanent magnets are added. When separating bulk materials, the flow area of removable blocks is large; when separating liquid media, such as suspensions, is smaller. Separable material, pass one by one, removable separation blocks repeatedly fall into zones with high magnetic induction B and grad B Magnetic particles are attracted to permanent magnets and to ferromagnetic parts of removable blocks. From knocking down by a material flow, magnetic particles are protected by the fact that they accumulate on the lower edges of permanent magnets and are ferromagnetic. details of removable blocks At the end of the separation process, removable blocks 5 with magnetic particles attracted to them are removed from the interpolar space for cleaning and replaced with clean ones. When replacing removable blocks 5, the voltage on the magnetizing coils 3 can be removed.
The advantages of such a separator design are higher efficiency and reliability in operation, as well as the fact that it ensures material cleaning during normal operation and in emergency conditions when the voltage suddenly disappears or
выход т из стро катушки намагничивани Кроме того, такой сепаратор может обеспечивать сепарацию как сыпучих, так и жидких материаловthe magnetization coil is out of order. Moreover, such a separator can provide separation of both bulk and liquid materials.
