Summary of the invention: the blocks are made by pressing rock salt with moisture 5-7%. The cheeses are kept for 5 s at a pressure of 35-50 MPa, and then for 7 days at room temperature. The composition includes grains with a size of 1-3 mm, the inclusion of grains up to 1 mm and 3-5 mm to 15% of each range is allowed.
Description
Изобретение относитс к изготовлению элементов конструкции лечебных сол ных камер и может быть использовано в медицине дл внутренней облицовки специальных помещений, предназначенных дл профилактики и лечени бронхо-легочных заболеваний .The invention relates to the manufacture of structural elements for therapeutic saline chambers and can be used in medicine for the interior lining of special rooms intended for the prevention and treatment of bronchopulmonary diseases.
Известен способ изготовлени сол ных блоков выпиливанием из пласта каменной поваренной соли естественного месторождени .A known method of making salt blocks is by cutting a natural deposit from a layer of rock table salt.
However, cutting blocks from the salt deposits of a natural deposit is laborious. It is practically impossible to achieve the defect-free salt blocks in shape and geometric dimensions. During transportation, the blocks are broken up and chipped. This circumstance does not allow mass production of salt blocks and limits the widespread use of the speleotherapy method for the prevention and treatment of bronchopulmonary diseases throughout the country.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the labor intensity and simplify the production of salt blocks under conditions of mass production.
In order to achieve this goal, a method is proposed for the manufacture of artificial blocks of salt chambers by pressing out of rock table salt, having a grain composition with grain sizes of 1-3 mm, allowing the inclusion of grains with sizes up to 1 mm and 3-5 mm up to 15% of each range. The humidity of the press mass is 5–7%. The specific pressing pressure is 35-50 MPa with a shutter speed of at least 5 s. The formed block is kept for 7 days at room temperature.
The proposed method is implemented as follows.
The raw material, stone, salt, is discharged into a wooden box. Large pieces are crushed and crushed. Salt quality, humidity, fineness of grinding is checked. The dosage is carried out by weight method. The press mass is then loaded.

5-7%.Stir for 0.5 h. The dosage of water is adjusted to a moisture content of 5-7%.
After mixing, the press mass is discharged into the storage compartment for 8-10 hours. Then a portion of the molded molding mixture, for example, weighing 4 kg (weight of salt block), is loaded into a stainless steel press mold, for example, grade P- 125 The pressing is carried out with the following parameters: punch stroke speed 200 mm / min; pressing force 35-50 MPa; holding at maximum pressure of 5 s.
The formed block is laid on recrystallization and hardening in a room with room temperature for 7 days. A polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.2-0.3 mm is laid between the blocks to prevent sticking together.

The proposed method makes it possible to establish waste-free production of blocks for solar chambers of various shapes and sizes in any region remote from natural salt workings, allows you to simulate the microclimate of natural salt caves, drastically reduce costs for the manufacture of solar chambers and carry out prevention and treatment of bronchopulmonary diseases everywhere.
