Description

А.Е., 41. Example 1. 6th A.A.E., 41. Received with a diagnosis of varicose disease of the lower extremities, trophic ulcers of the left foot. Varicose disease for 15 years, 5 years ago, after acute thrombophlebitis, ulcers on the lower legs opened.

Активность СОД в эритроцитах - 147,65 ед/мл (норма 206- 210), церулоплазминн в сыворотке 1,05 мкм/л (норма 1,1-1,5).At admission, the left leg is swollen, more than the right one 3 cm in diameter, the skin is pigmented, trophic ulcers on the surface of the leg are 8 cm2 in area with fibrinous bloom. SOD activity in erythrocytes is 147.65 units / ml (norm 206– 210), ceruloplasmin in serum 1.05 μm / l (norm 1.1-1.5).

After conducting a course of electroteralia, the ulcers healed, but the indices of SOD and ceruloplasmin did not normalize (respectively, 165 units / ml and 0.3 μm / l). In the next, after 1.5 weeks, the infection reopened and the patient was re-hospitalized. SOD activity is 165.8 ed.ml, ceruloplasmin 2.02 μm / l. After 25 sessions of electrotherapy and laser therapy, their sequence every other day, SOD (207.55 U / ml) and ceruloplasmic (1.3 µm / l) normalized against the background of persistent clinical remission.

Б-й С., 62 г. Example 2. Bd S., 62 g. Diagnosis: chronic thrombophlebitis of the left lower extremity, trophic ulcers of the left leg. Ulcers formed three weeks ago.

Upon admission on the left tibia on the outer surface three ulcers with a total area of 17.5 cm2, SOD activity - 223.3 units / ml, ceruloplasmin 1.2 μm / l. After 12 electrotherapy sessions, the indices of SOD and ceruplaemin normalized (respectively, 207 units / ml and 1.07 micron / l), the wounds healed. During the year recurrence was not observed.

The proposed method allows to reduce the healing rate of trophic ulcers by 2-3 times, and the cure rate increased from 20% to 85%. Relapse is not noted.

Claims (2)

1. A method of treating trophic ulcers, including exposure to a physical factor and drug administration, characterized in that, in order to shorten the treatment time and reduce the number of relapses, electrotherapy is performed, while increasing the intensity of exposure in the systole and inspiration phases and reducing in the diastole phases and exhalation before normalizing the level of activity of superoxide dismutase in erythrocytes and ceruloplasmin in serum. 2. 1. 2. Method pop. 1. distinguished by the fact that at the initially reduced level, superoxide dismutase is additionally irradiated with a helium-neon laser in the same mode.
