Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to hemosorption, and concerns a method for producing hemosorbent.
Closest to the present invention is a method for producing a protein-modified hemosorbent, fixing it with a chemical, washing and sterilizing with gamma rays.
The aim of the invention is to increase the thermal stability of the target product.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed method for obtaining hemosorbent plasma-protein ligand after application to the matrix is subjected to temperature effects above 100 ° C.
Example 1. A previously prepared blood plasma is diluted with a physiological solution pH 7.0 25 times, and applied to the matrix by stirring or perfusion for 40 minutes. During the treatment with a plasma-protein solution, the matrix manages to be saturated with protein substances. Next, the resulting sorbent is subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 110-120 ° C until complete drying. At this temperature, the fixation and denaturation of the protein substances deposited on the matrix occurs. The resulting hemosorbent is subjected to laundering with saline, pH 7.0 from non-adsorbed protein substances and dust particles by any known method. Then the hemosorbent is packaged in vials (columns), filled with physiological saline, pH 7.0, and subjected to autoclaving at 1.2 atm for 1 hour.
The results of hemosorbent tests are presented in the table.
Example 2. The operation of hemosorption using the obtained hemosorbent.
9Conduct preoperative preparation for the operation of autoclaved hemosorbent. For this, hemosorbent is washed with a physiological solution in a volume of 1 l by perfusing this solution

For the final processing, an additional 150 ml of physiological saline solution is prepared, 25 thousand units of heparin are added to it. After that, the patient is connected to a peristaltic pump through a disposable blood transfusion system and blood is collected in a column with hemosorbent. The volume of hemosorbent used is 100 cm, and the volume of blood drawn into the vial is 300-350 ml. After filling the vial with blood, it is returned to the same vein of the patient.
The assessment of the patient's leukocyte status over time, before surgery, during surgery, and after surgery.
Venous blood is collected in heparin tubes according to the generally accepted method. After erythrocyte sedimentation in plasma, the number of leukocytes is counted and brought to a concentration of 20 thousand per ml. Sowing the cells is carried out on the surface of the agar or agarose. The next day after incubation, fixation was performed in a humid chamber, staining with 1% methylene blue aqueous solution and microscopy, taking into account the number of granular leukocytes. Results are presented in the table.
The results of studies presented in the table show that the proposed hemosorbent has a stimulating effect on leukocytes, which is confirmed by an almost tenfold increase in blood levels after
проведени гемосорбции числа гранулосо- держащей лейкоцитов.hemosorption of the number of granulose-containing leukocytes.
The proposed hemosorbent is non-toxic, does not cause anaphylactic reactions in patients and allows for
