A disadvantage of the known device is the poor quality of grinding, due to the passive effect of recter rods on plant material.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of grinding materials.

 The goal is achieved by the fact that in a material grinder, containing a casing in which a drum with knives is installed, a cutting bar and a recter located under the drum in the form of a series of rods installed with the possibility of rotation, the latter have the shape of a truncated cone and are installed with alternating and the smaller bases of adjacent rods, the chopper is provided with ends connected at one end to the casing, and at the other end with rods torsion springs, the latter being connected to the larger base of the rods.
