Use: in agriculture for the cleaning of plants for feed. The essence of the invention: when mowing alfalfa, an electric current is passed through the stem between the butt and the top. The pulse discharge time is 0.02–0.5 s, the discharge voltage is 3-5 kV, and the current is 60–120 mA. The root system of the plant is not subject to shock. The mowed plants are laid in a swath for drying, during which the leaves and stems dry evenly 2 slugs.
Description
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for harvesting plants for feed.
A method of harvesting plants is known, which involves passing a high-voltage electric current through the stems in their longitudinal direction and mowing the stems.
The known method does not ensure uniform drying of the stem and leaf parts of plants, which does not ensure the preparation of high-quality feed, moreover, the viability of the root system is not maintained, which is unacceptable when harvesting perennial plants.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the feed quality of the crop and preserve the viability of the root system of perennial plants.
что электрический ток пропускают через участок стебл между его комлем и вершиной одновременно со скашиванием, а скошенные растени укладывают в прокос дл просушки .The goal is achieved by those. that an electric current is passed through the section of the stem between his butt and the apex at the same time as the mowing, and the beveled plants are laid in a swath to dry.
1.FIG. 1 shows an electromechanical mower for carrying out the method, top view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one.
8.The implementation of the proposed method is carried out by an electromechanical mower 1, while the high voltage source terminal is connected to the electrode 2, for example, to the mower blades 2, and the clip is connected to the electrode 3. for example to a tensioned steel wire f 2-3 mm, which contacts with the top of the stem. The voltage source can be made in the form of an alternating current generator 4 coupled to the tractor's power take-off shaft mounted to the mower 1. The output of the generator 4 is connected to a step-up transformer 5. A capacitor is connected to the secondary winding of the transformer 5 through a semiconductor diode. Electrodes 2 and 3 are connected to the clamps of the capacitor through a hot-air balloon 6 with the help of high-voltage wires 7. The steel wire-electrode 3 and the discharge capacitor 6 are mounted on a Ke 8 insulator.

When the tractor moves across the field, the mower 1 lowers and simultaneously its cutting knives 2, connected to the positive pole of the generator 4, are set in motion. In the process of mowing the plants, voltage pulses are sent to the stem section, between its butt and top. the passage of a pulsed current through the section of the stem from its butt to the top. It was experimentally established that for alfalfa the optimum values of voltage 3-5 kV of a pulse discharge current of 60-120 mA with a discharge duration of 0.02-0.5 s. An increase in voltage of more than 5.0 kV leads to an increase in energy consumption and plant ignition, and at voltages of less than 3.0 kV, grass quality does not improve. During electrotreatment, the root system is not exposed to current and remains viable, which is necessary when harvesting perennial herbs. The electrical treatment is carried out simultaneously with the mowing, and the beveled plants are laid in a swath to dry.
