Abstract
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used to process winter rye seeds before sowing. The purpose of the invention is to increase the content of essential amino acids in the grain. This goal is achieved by treating the seeds with a 1% aqueous solution of carboxymethylcellulose containing Azosplrlllum brasilense 26 suspension before sowing. 26. The titer of the suspension is 1-109 cells per 1 ml CMC, the consumption of the suspension per 100 kg of seed is 0.5 l or 100 thousand cells for 1 sem. The proposed method increases the content of essential amino acids in the grain of 47.8% compared with the control. 3 tab.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the content of essential amino acids in the grain.
1-3.Example. The method was tested on seeds of winter rye of Kharkiv 78 variety, which before sowing was treated with a 1% aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) containing Azospirlllum brasilense 26 suspension. The latter was grown on potato agar with 2.5% malic acid for three days at . The bacterial mass was washed off with a sterile solution of glue. The suspension titer was 1,109 cells per 1 ml of CMC, the suspension consumption per 100 kg of seeds was 0.5 liters or 100 thousand cells per 1 seed. For comparison, seeds treated with only 1% aqueous solution of CMC and only suspension of A. brasilense were used. 26. Seeds treated with water served as a control. The results are presented in table. 1-3.
Кроме того, обработка сем н предлагаемым способом повышает их всхожесть (табл.2) и способствует более активному нарастанию земной массы (табл.3).As can be seen from the obtained results, the proposed method leads to an increase in the content of essential amino acids in the grain from 1751 to 2588 mg / 100 g of grain or by 47.8% compared with the control. The total number of amino acids is also increased from 6346 to 8887 kg / 100 g of grain or by 4% as compared with the control (Table 1). In addition, the treatment of seeds with the proposed method increases their germination (Table 2) and contributes to a more active increase in the Earth’s mass (Table 3).
1.The effect of the proposed method on the amino acid composition of winter rye grain (field experiment) is presented in Table 1.
