The invention relates to devices for simultaneously cutting with varying degrees of grinding and uniform mixing of various vegetables, for example, cabbage and carrots in the production of boiled cabbage, and can be used in the food industry.

A known vegetable cutting machine for chopping cabbage before souring, containing a horizontal disk with sickle knives, mounted on a vertical shaft, having a rotation. The cabbage is loaded from above and pressed against the knives by means of a Spherical guide.

However, this device is designed to simultaneously cut only one product.

Closest to the proposed one is a vegetable cutter containing a stationary cylindrical bunker at the bottom of which inclined knives and graters are mounted. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity and quality of the mixture due to the simultaneous and uniform grinding of the two products.

The device works as follows.
