Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению и может быть использовано при переработке вторичных металлов. Цель изобретени  - уменьшение энергоемкости . Пресс содержит прессовую камеру, состо щую из днища 1, крышки 2 с приводом гидроцилиндра 5 и боковых стенок. Днище 1 выполнено из двух плит, примыкающих одна к другой иод углом 90°. В закрытом положении крышки 2 ее плоскости, расположенные иод углом 90°, служат направл ющими дл  штемпелей 6 и 7 второй ступени прессовани . От гидроцилиндров 9 и 8 штемпели перемещаютс  в переднее положение, образу  с плитами днища 1 камеру последней ступени прессовани . После окончательного уплотнени  металлолома и открыти  шибером окна выдачи пакетов последний выталкиваетс  за пределы камеры. За счет уплотнени  в разных направлени х снижаетс  энергоемкость процесса. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the processing of secondary metals.
