Перо имеет в поперечном сечении вид обтекаемого профил  с отогнутым носком 2 на наветренной стороне, с подветренной стороны профиль выполнен в виде эллипсоида вращени , а с наветренной стороны - в виде кривой, описываемой функцией плотности логарифмически нормального распределени . Благодар  выемке с наветренной стороны давление в хвостовой части лопасти становитс  меньше, чем в носовой части. Давление потока циркул ции на выступ увеличиваетс , что позвол ет получить больше энергии из потока и тем самым повысить коэффициент использовани  энергии ветра. 3 ил.The invention makes it possible to increase the utilization of wind energy.
