Description
The invention relates to the production of hydrolysates from plant raw materials for the production of fodder yeast.
Candida. There is a known method in which excess activated sludge undergoes hydrolysis at t 80–150 ° C using 0.5–10% sulfuric acid with further processing of the resulting hydrolyzate, which after neutralization is sent to fermentation for use in growing various microorganisms: yeast of the genus Candida.
The closest to the present invention is a method of obtaining a hydrolyzate for growing fodder yeast, which consists in grinding vegetable raw materials, supplying the aqueous phase and acid, heating with steam at 140-180 ° C and 5-10 atm pressure, percolating and neutralizing the hydrolyzate, followed by cultivation fodder yeast.
The disadvantages of this process are the low concentration of the substrate RV applied to the fermenter and the deterioration of the economic environment. The latter is due to the fact that after cleaning the yeast brew with active sludge the drains require additional processing, which is associated with economic costs.
The aim of the invention is to increase the utilization of reducing sugars and to improve the environmental friendliness of the process.
0,2The goal is achieved by using a mixture of water with a post-yeast brew, subjected to preliminary purification with activated sludge, with a residual content of 70-120 g / l, with a ratio of components of 0.2

0.3: 1, while the aqueous phase is fed at a speed of 6 - 8 m / h.
A decrease or increase in the concentration of activated sludge leads to a decrease in residual RV in the mash and a decrease in the percentage of utilization of RV.
The hydrolysis is carried out at elevated temperature (140-180 ° C) and a pressure rise from 5 to 11 atm for 290-300 minutes. The resulting hydrolyzate is neutralized with milk of lime and ammonia water, purification from suspended impurities. The hydrolyzate cooled in the vacuum cooling unit is fed to fermentors for growing yeast, which are separated from the post-yeast brewing at the separation stage and the latter is sent for purification with active sludge.
The effluent from the activated sludge obtained during the cleaning process is directed to mixing with water and the process is repeated. Thus, wastewater is used with an excess of activated sludge in the process of hydrolysis, which significantly improves environmental treatment.
