The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of cleaning the liquid fraction and its disinfection.
The drawing schematically shows the processing line for the treatment of liquid manure.
The line includes installed in process sequence 1 receptacle 1 of manure entering processing, pumps 2, filtering centrifuge 3, sectional vertical settling tank 4 of the liquid fraction, equipped with compressor 5 for supplying compressed air to it and device b for feeding coagulant, gravity centrifuge 7, block-loading biofilter 8, intermediate tank 9 for clarified liquid, ultrasonic unit 10, unit 11 for ultraviolet irradiation, biofilter 12 with mixed load, pad 13 for Solid fraction.
The method for treating slurry is as follows.
The liquid manure coming to the processing from livestock buildings enters the manure receptacle 1, from which it is sent by pump 2 to a filter centrifuge 3, which provides preliminary separation into fractions, while the solid fraction is transported to the biothermal disinfection site 13 and stored in a pile, and the liquid fraction sent to one of the sections of the settling tank 4, where it is defended and coagulated with lime. Lime is fed from device b, and mixing it with the liquid fraction is carried out with compressed air supplied from compressor 5. At the same time, almost all phosphorus and up to 70% of nitrogen is precipitated, and the suspended matter is reduced to 70%, after which the precipitate is returned from using pump 2, into the dung collector 1, and then it goes to centrifugation again in a centrifuge 3. When divided into fractions, the lime gets into the solid fraction, which is then used as an organic fertilizer. The presence of lime in the solid fraction increases the efficiency of its subsequent use. The time of settling and coagulation is 1.5-2 hours, and the continuity of the process is ensured by alternately filling the sections of the settling tank 4. The liquid fraction partially clarified in the latter with a low concentration of biogenic elements and
Дл окончательного обеззараживани жидкой фракции ее подают на установку 11 дл ультрафиолетового облучени , работающую с длиной волны 250-270 нм, наhighly dispersed suspended particles are sent for purification to a precipitation centrifuge 7, in which up to 85% of suspended solids and organics are separated from the liquid fraction, i.e. Additional clarification is provided, as well as a reduction in BODV to 66%. The solid fraction from the centrifuge 7 is also transported to the platform 13 for biothermal disinfection, and the liquid fraction by pump 2 is transported to the block-loading biofilter 8, where its purification occurs, at which the BODR is reduced to 10 mg / l. The clarified and biologically purified liquid fraction is sent further to intermediate tank 9, and from it to the ultrasound unit 10 with magnetostrictive radiators, providing a frequency of 20-40 kHz. With the help of ultrasound, mainly rod-shaped bacteria are destroyed. For the final disinfection of the liquid fraction, it is fed to an ultraviolet irradiation unit 11 operating with a wavelength of 250-270 nm on
The resulting clarified and decontaminated liquid is sent to a horizontal biofilter 12 with a mixed load, in which the remaining suspended substances are almost completely retained, the BPCR is reduced to 5 ml / g. This liquid can be used as process water or discharged into water bodies without contamination. i
When implementing the method, the efficiency of purification of the liquid fraction of manure is significantly increased while simultaneously disinfecting it, which eliminates
