Abstract

Изобретение относитс к устройствам мокрой очистки газов от твердых, жидких и газообразных примесей. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение степени очистки газа. Дл этого аппарат, содержащий корпус 1 с входным 2 и выходным 3 патрубками, диффузор 6 со щел ми 7 и средство 13 дл повторной диспергации жидкости, размещенное в диффузоре 6, дополнительно снабжен вертикальной трубой 14, сообщенной с полостью 15 корпуса на уровне горловины 8 радиальными патрубками 16 и эжекционной трубкой 17, установленной внутри трубы 14, выполненной с боковыми отверсти ми. Верхний конец трубки 17 открыт , а нижний заглушен и выступает за пределы трубы 14. Средство 13 дл повторной диспергации выполнено в виде перфорированной полой винтообразной лопасти, закрепленной на наружной поверхности трубы 14 и сообщенной с ее полостью. В результате разрежени в горловине 8, в верхней части трубы 14 создаетс разрежение с помощью эжекционной трубки 17, под действием которой жидкость из полости 15 корпуса поднимаетс вверх по трубе 14 и распыл етс через перфорацию лопйсти 13 1 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил. сл сThe invention relates to a device for wet gas cleaning from solid, liquid and gaseous impurities. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of gas purification. For this, an apparatus comprising a housing 1 with an inlet 2 and an outlet 3 with nozzles, a diffuser 6 with gaps 7, and means 13 for re-dispersing the fluid placed in the diffuser 6 are additionally provided with a vertical pipe 14 communicated with the housing cavity 15 at the level of the throat 8 radial nozzles 16 and an ejection tube 17 installed inside the tube 14, which is made with side openings. The upper end of the tube 17 is open, and the lower end is plugged and protrudes beyond the limits of the tube 14. The means 13 for re-dispersion is made in the form of a perforated hollow helical blade fixed on the outer surface of the tube 14 and communicated with its cavity. As a result of the vacuum in the neck 8, in the upper part of the pipe 14, a vacuum is created using an ejection tube 17, under the action of which the liquid from the housing cavity 15 rises up through the pipe 14 and is sprayed through the perforation of the blade 13 1C. f-ly, 3 ill. cl

1. The apparatus for gas purification, comprising a housing with nozzles for supplying and discharging gas and liquid, a diffuser with slots, a neck, a support and restrictive grating, a movable nozzle located between them, means for re-dispersing the liquid located in the diffuser, characterized in that, in order to increase the degree of gas purification, it is equipped with a vertical pipe located in the diffuser, connected in its lower part to the body cavity at the neck level by means of radial pipes, and an ejection tube with an open upper end, installed in the pipe cavity with a protrusion outside the pipe of the muffled lower end made with lateral ejection holes located at the neck level, while the means for re-dispersion is made in the form of a hollow screw-shaped perforated blade fixed to the outer surface of the pipe and communicated with the cavity of the latter.

2. The apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that it is equipped with a droplet eliminator located in the upper part of the housing.
