Изобретение относится к биологической химии, а точнее к биотехнологии, и может бить использовано для получения иммуноглобулинов М. Цель изобретения - повышение выхода и чистоты целевого продукта. Препараты крови обрабатывают гексаном, осаждают 6%-ным раствором полиэтиленгликоля 6000, с последующей хроматографией с использованием 6%-ной иммунодиуксусной или надуксусной агарозе в цинковой форме и с помощью 6%-ной поперечно-сшитой агарозы. После чего целевой продукт подвергают лиофилизацин. По сравнению с прототипом увеличивается выход целевого продукта на 7-12%, а его чистота на 5%.
