Abstract
Изобретение относитс к способам получени и подготовки сорбентов и может быть использовано дл очистки поверхности воды от нефт ных загр знений. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение степени очистки, а также сокращение времени очистки и расхода сорбента. Дл осуществлени способа приготавливают углеводородный раствор бутадиенстирольного каучука, который эмульгируют в водном растворе поверхностно-активных веществ, затем растворитель отгон ют и к эмульсии добавл ют анионоактивное вещество в количестве 10- 25% от массы эмульсии, смесь подвергают вспениванию, после чего пену высушивают при температуре не выше 105°С и перед использованием дроб т на куски. В качестве поверхностно-активных веществ используют смесь этилового спирта с олеатом кали , а в качестве анионоактивного вещества - или канифольное мыло, или мылонафт , или их смеси. Предлагаемый способ эффективен дл нефти разных месторождений , позвол ет увеличить скорость нефте- поглощени в 3-4 раза, повысить степень очистки до 98,7% при сокращении расхода сорбента от 0,25 до 0,08 г/г. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 4 табл.
