Abstract

Использование в медицине, а именно к гинекологии. Цель - сокращение сроков лечени и снижение числа рецидивов.. Больным ввод т ежедневно в течение 7 дней внутрикожно в 3-4 точки в области предплечь и бедра по 0,1-0,5 мл (всего не менее 4 мл) белкового комплекса, полученного из аутологичной сыворотки крови больных на 6-18 день менструального цикла путем преципитации 2%-ным раствором полиэтилен- гликол . Положительный эффект: срок лечени сокращаетс на 10 дней, рецидивы заболевани не наблюдались.Use in medicine, namely to gynecology. После оценки иммунного статуса больных определ ют уровень циркулирующих иммунных комплексов (ЦИК) в сыворотке крови, ввод т им ежедневно в течение 7 дней внутрикожно в 3-4 точки в области предплечь и бедра по 0,1-0,5 мл (всего не менее 4 мл) осадка белков АутоЦИК, полученного из сыворотки крови больных на 6-18 день менструального цикла путем осаждени 2%-ным раствором полиэтилен- гликол . 20-25 мл крови помещают на 30 мин в термостат при 37°С, затем на 30 мин в холодильник при 4°С, центрифугируют 5 мин при скорости 1000 об/мин. Сыворотку отсасывают и добавл ют к ней стерильный 2%-ный полиэтиленгликоль в равном объеме . Инкубируют 30 мин при комнатной температуре , вновь центрифугируют45 мин при скорости 6000 об/мин. Надосадочную жидкость , содержащую ПЭГ, тщательно (до получени сухого остатка) отсасывают и сливают. В ней измер ют убыль белка на спектрофотометре при 280 нм (против 2%- ного раствора ПЭГ)- По этой убыли суд т о количестве белка, выпавшего в осадок, при помощи 0,9%-ного раствора хлорида натри довод т концентрацию до 1 мг/мл. Никакие другие методы лечени в этот период не примен лись . По окончании комплексного лечени выписана в удовлетворительном состо нии.
