№ 745620 и может быть использовано в машиностроении и других отрасл х промышленности дл глушени различного рода отверстий в детал х ответственного назначени .The invention is an improvement of the method of welding a hole in a part according to the author. St. No. 745620 and can be used in mechanical engineering and other industries to jam various kinds of holes in parts of a responsible purpose.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability of the process of welding holes in parts made of aluminum and its alloys.
The method is carried out as follows.
For welding holes in parts made of aluminum or its alloys, a tool is taken from steel with a hardness of РСRSE 60-62 and fixed in a cartridge of a metalworking machine, such as a milling machine. An auxiliary part is fixed to the instrument coaxially, as which one uses scrap from metal waste equal to or similar in composition to the base metal.
за счет трени и после того, как их температура достигнет по меньшей мере 50°С, вспомогательную деталь убирают и приступают к заварке отверстий в основной детали.parts and make it several holes with a diameter of smaller diameter tool. Then, using the tool, these holes are welded. During welding, the working surfaces of the tool are heated. Due to friction and after their temperature reaches at least 50 ° C, the auxiliary part is removed and the brewing of holes in the main part is started.
If the instrument is new, then simultaneously with the heating of the surfaces, they are ground.
XIIn the course of work, the heating of the tool surfaces is controlled so that their temperature does not exceed the maximum allowable temperature of the hot deformation of the metal of the main part, which for aluminum and its alloys is 380-460 ° C. Рекомендуема оптимальна температура рабочих поверхностей при обработке деталей из алюмини и его сплавов составл ет 50120°С .Temperatures below 50 ° C do not exclude jamming of the main part metal in the tool cavity. Increasing the temperature may cause the tool to harden with the material being welded. The recommended optimum temperature of the working surfaces when machining parts from aluminum and its alloys is 50120 ° C.
Example. Bore holes with a diameter of 5 mm in the housings of high-pressure pumps made of aluminum alloy Alu. The tool in the form of a rod with a diameter of 10 mm had cone-shaped depressions with a radius of 5 mm at both ends and was made of steel R6M5 with a hardness of HRSE 62. The tool was fixed in the cartridge of a modernized 6A12P vertical milling machine. The tool was heated and burned in on an auxiliary part from sheet waste with a thickness of 10 mm of aluminum alloy AL 10, in which several holes were made (no more than 10). The tool rotation speed during running-in was 4800 rpm, the vertical feed rate was 10 mm / min. After welding 4 holes, the temperature of the working surfaces of the instrument was 75 ° C (the temperature was measured using a chromel-alumel thermocouple). The tool was taken away from the auxiliary part and immediately, without letting it cool down, proceeded to brewing the holes in the pump housings. The rotational speed of the tool was 3,600 rpm and the vertical feed rate was -40 mm / min. Tool
В процессе заварки отверстий температуру нагрева инструмента выдерживали в пределах 50- 120°С подстуживанием его сжатым воздухом во врем вспомогательных операций процесса.has been inserted into the metal of the pump casing to a depth of 3 mm. The thickness of the welded bore web was 3-5 mm. In the process of welding holes, the heating temperature of the instrument was kept within 50-120 ° C by pressing it with compressed air during auxiliary operations of the process.
Using the proposed method
Благодар данномуcompletely eliminates the possibility of metal seizure in the tool cavity, which improves the quality of welding and allows a service life of one tool to be increased by 3-5 times. Thanks to this
With the same tool, it is possible to weld 2-2.5 thousand holes.
