Description
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to manure treatment plants, and can be used on livestock farms for the separation of manure into fractions.
A device for dividing manure into fractions, an enclosing body, inside which there is a rotor in the form of a vertical cylinder with blades, an axially mounted perforated partition, forming a blade for collecting the liquid fraction, branch pipes for supplying the original manure and removing the solid and liquid fractions, is known.
The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a plant for separating manure, containing a vertical cylindrical body with a drive hollow perforated separator axially placed in it, means for supplying the original manure to the separator cavity, connected to the body, a branch pipe for drainage of the liquid fraction, a solid fraction receiver placed under the delimiter.
In the known apparatus, by providing the means for feeding the original manure in the form of a perforated cup mounted on the drive shaft with plates directing the manure flow to the surface of the perforated separator, the productivity is slightly increased, but not high enough. This is due to the fact that the sediment is removed from the surface of a perforated cylindrical separator under the action of gravitational forces. In addition, due to the supply of the original manure from the perforated cup, over the entire height of the separator, the sediment remaining on the surface of the separator in its upper part slides down and mixes with the original manure leaving the lower part of the cup, making it difficult to release the liquid fraction from it. Performing a perforated cup for feeding the original manure driveline requires careful balancing, which reduces the reliability of the installation.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of operational safety.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in an installation for separating manure containing a vertical cylindrical body with a drive hollow perforated separator axially disposed therein, the means for supplying initial manure to the separator cavity connected to the body is a liquid fraction withdrawal pipe placed under the separator the separator is made in the form of a glass, the bottom of which is placed in the opposite solid from the receiver
При этом разделитель выполнен в виде усеченного конуса, обращенногоfractions to the side of the hull; the means of feeding the original manure is equipped with a flow swirler located at the bottom of the separator. The separator is made in the form of a truncated cone, facing

5 A plant for separating manure comprises a vertical cylindrical body 1 with a drive hollow perforated separator 2 axially disposed therein, the means 3 supplying the original
2.0 manure into the cavity of the separator 2, connected to the body 1 of the pipe And drain the liquid fraction and the receiver 5 of the solid fraction, placed under the separator 2.
The separator 2 is made in the form of glass
12.5 b, the bottom 7 of which is placed in the side of the housing 1 opposite to the receiver 5 of the solid fraction. In this case, the glass b is made in the form of a truncated cone, facing a solid base with the large base 5. The initial manure supplying means 3 is provided with a flow twister 8, which is located at the bottom 7 of the separator 2. The flow curler 8 is designed as inclined toward the radial direction of the lobe 9, fixedly fixed between the horizontal walls 10 and 11. The separator 2 is driven by the electric motor 12.
The manure separation unit operates as follows.
The motor 12 is turned on, the rotator separator 2 is rotated. After that, the initial manure under pressure is fed into the flow swirler 8, where it is deflected from wall 11 and directed horizontally between the blades 9, which acquires rotational motion and collides with considerable speed with the perforated surface of the rotating separator 2. In this case, the liquid fraction passes through the perforations of the separator 2 and flows down the nozzle 4 along the inner surface of the housing 1. Since the rotating flow of manure,
5 coming out of the twister 8, has a rotational speed close to the rotational speed, divide the ™ 2, then when the manure collides with its surface, the separator 2 does not slow down and at the same time provides sufficiently high forces
8.press the manure to the surface of the separator 2, which prevents the manure from falling when it leaves the curler 8.
2.Further, the manure pressed by centrifugal forces to the surface of the separator 2, under the action of its own weight and vibration while rotating the separator 2 gradually slides into the receiver 5 of the solid fraction. Performing the cup 6 in the form of a truncated cone increases the squeezing force due to the dewatering of manure when it slides down and facilitates the removal of manure from the surface of the separator 2.
The technical and economic efficiency of the proposed plant for the separation of manure is to increase productivity by 1.3-1.5 times.
