Description
Изобретение относитс к электрофизическим и электрохимическим, методам обработки и, в частности, касаетс электролитов дл электроабразивного шлифовани .The invention relates to electrophysical and electrochemical processing methods and, in particular, relates to electrolytes for electro-abrasive grinding.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce wear of the wheels during the electrochemical grinding of steel.
2,0-3,5This goal is achieved by the introduction of aluminum hydroxide into electrolyte for electrochemical grinding with circles from superhard materials based on aqueous solutions of sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite salts, and the components are taken in the following ratio, wt.%

The introduction of aluminum hydroxide into the electrolyte composition has a structuring effect and increases the viscosity of the process medium, which makes it difficult for a corrosive liquid to penetrate into the cavities around the diamond grains.
However, the main mechanism of anti-corrosion effect of the additive is as follows. Aluminum hydroxide particles have a good sorption capacity with respect to electrolyte ions. In this case, the use of the claimed composition provides selective concentration of positively charged ions around the aluminum hydroxide particles, which form stable diffusion shells. In this way, sufficiently large charged particles are formed, structuring around themselves a significant volume of solvent. As a result, when using the proposed composition, the capillary forces that draw in a corrosive liquid in the cavity around the diamond grains are compensated for by electrostatic repulsion of like charges. At the same time, a significant part of the capillaries, concentrated around the grains of the abrasive, is inaccessible to the penetration of the technological medium, which leads to an increase in the tool durability.

Поэтому в качестве основы выбраны нейтральные соли натри , а в качестве антикоррозионной и структурирующей добавки выступает гидроксид алюмини .This condition can be observed only when the basic composition of the electrolyte is neutral. Therefore, neutral salts of sodium are chosen as the basis, and aluminum hydroxide acts as an anticorrosive and structuring additive.
At the same time, its content should be not less than 0.10 wt.%, Since at a lower concentration the value of the technological current does not decrease. At the same time, the content of aluminum hydroxide in the solution should not exceed 0.30 May. %, as our studies have shown, the electrolyte becomes quite viscous, which makes supplying difficult and quickly disintegrates it.
The concentration of sodium nitrate should not be less than 2 wt.%, Since the intensity of electrochemical processes decreases. An excess of sodium nitrate over 3.5 wt.% Leads to an increase in current density, an increase in pH and a rapid slime of electrolyte.
Sodium nitrite in the composition of the proposed electrolyte serves as a corrosion inhibitor. Therefore, its content below 0.05 wt.% Is not enough to protect machine parts from the effects of corrosion. Its content above 0.2% is impractical, since the protection effect is present, and an increased concentration of sodium nitrite in electrolyte aerosols can impair sanitary and hygienic work. A content of more than 0.2% is not allowed by GOST.
Предлагаемый электролит готовитс растворением вход щих в его состав компонентов в водопроводной воде комнатной температуры при непрерывном перемешивании в течение 5-10 мин в следующей последовательности: гидроксид алюмини , азотнокислый натрий, азотистокислый натрий ..The proposed electrolyte is prepared by dissolving its constituent components in tap water at room temperature with continuous stirring for 5-10 minutes in the following sequence: aluminum hydroxide, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrate.
