Description
Изобретение относитс к химической технологии удалени лакокрасочных покрытий и может быть использовано в различных отрасл х техники, например, в приборостроении .This invention relates to a chemical technology for removing paintwork and can be used in various fields of technology, for example, in instrument making.
Various compositions are known for removing old paint coatings by treating them with alkalis, alkaline salts of weak mineral acids, alkaline salts of organic acids and organic derivatives of mineral acids, organic bases and processing with organic solvents.
The use of alkaline compounds to remove the coating from the surface of parts made of aluminum or aluminum-containing alloys is undesirable due to increased corrosion in an alkaline environment and, in addition, they are ineffective.
Most organic solvents used in cleaning compositions or in pure form to remove paint and varnish coatings (methylene chloride, trichlorethylene, tetrachlorethylene. Carbon tetrachloride, ethyl cellosolve, 1,3-dioxane and its alkyl derivatives, alcohols, ethers, phenol, etc.) , insufficiently effective, toxic, explosive, flammable, have a sharp unpleasant smell.
The closest to the proposed invention in its technical essence is a method of removing coatings from the surface of aluminum parts by treating them with a 10-15% aqueous solution of phenol at 70-80 ° C for 1.5-2 hours, followed by first washing with cold and then with hot water, after which the cleaned surface is degreased.
The disadvantage of this method is the increased harmfulness of phenol (hazard class 2), the relatively high cost of phenol, insufficient effectiveness of the phenol-based remover (when removing paint and varnish coatings of brands - protective enamel GF-1426, protective enamel XB-518, black enamel PF-163) , which reduces the productivity of the process.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the process, safety and efficiency.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в качестве смывки дл удалени лакокрасочных покрытий с поверхности деталей из алюминийсодержащих сплавов берут кубо (ЛThis goal is achieved by the fact that as a washer to remove paint coatings from the surface of parts made of aluminum-containing alloys take cubo (L

и провод т процесс путем погружени деталей с лакокрасочными покрыти ми в нагретый до 60-120°С продукт.and the process is carried out by immersing the paint-coated parts in a product heated to 60-120 ° C.
The proposed method of removing coatings is more efficient than the known one (the removal time is an order of magnitude shorter), the hazardousness of the process is noticeably reduced (the product offered as a wash has a hazard class of 3-4) and the process is cheaper.
The results of laboratory testing of the proposed paint removal method are given in the example.
Aluminum alloy plates coated with GF-1426, XB-518 and PF-163 enamel are immersed in baths with bottom residue of ethyl carbitol production heated to 60 (example 1) .90 (example 2) and 120 ° С (example 3) , and maintain the plate until the coating is completely peeled off and removed with light contact. At the same time, for comparison, the removal of the same coatings is carried out using a known washing composition - a 15% aqueous solution of phenol. The polding time of peeling of the coating is noted.
The results of the tests are shown in the table.
The test results of the washing effect of a 15% aqueous solution of phenol were obtained at a composition temperature of 100 ° C.
(4).(four).
The data show that the washing effect of the bottom residue of ethyl carbitol is much more effective than the washing effect of the known wash-15% aqueous solution of phenol.

Samples of the bottom residue of ethylcarbitol, selected at work at different times, of two compositions were tested for washing: sample 1 - ethyl alcohol 0.014, ethylene glycol 24.7, ethyl cellosol in 0.001, ethyl carbitol 30.3, diethylene glycol 17.9, ethyl ether triethylene glycol 13 , 1, triethylene glycol 11.3, ethyl ether tetraethylene glycol 2.6; sample 2 - ethyl alcohol 0.120, ethyl cellosolve 0.740, ethylene glycol 22.8, ethyl carbitol 31.1. diethylene glycol 18.9, ethyl ether triethylene glycol 13.5, triethylene glycol: 1col 10.7, ethyl ether tetraethylene glycol 2.0. No noticeable differences in the washing activity of these samples of the ethylenecarbitol VAT residue were found. The table shows the average arithmetic (rounded to the nearest minutes) data.
