Description
The invention relates to hydraulic engineering, in particular, to devices for protecting open water bodies from oil pollution caused by damage to oil pipelines.
Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности работы устройства при аварийных разливах нефтепродуктов из нефтепровода по наклонной береговой поверхности к водоему .The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the device in case of emergency oil spills from the pipeline along an inclined coastal surface to the reservoir.
The drawing shows the proposed device, the overall appearance.
11.Dirt rollers 1 are shown in geotextile casing 2, oil pipeline 3, spilled with oil 4, don 5, backfill soil 6, impermeable lids in the form of segment 7, reservoir 8, depression curves 9 and 10, water 11.
The device is constructed as follows.
The soil rollers 1 of the local soil enclosed in the geotextile casing 2 are formed at the place of laying manually or with the help of special equipment. The place of laying, in particular the distance from the pipeline 3 to the ground rollers 1, is selected depending on the slope of the area, capacity and topography of the pipeline 3 and the height of the rollers 1. This distance should ensure that the roller retains the entire volume of oil spilled in the open reservoir 4. It is determined by a simple mathematical calculation for the most unfavorable from the point of view of the potential oil flow, the location of the damage on the pipeline. If the height of the rollers 1 by calculation is not enough for

Высота валиков незначительна , поэтому они не вли ют существенно на гидрологический режим местности, следовательно , не нарушают экологическую среду в районе нефтепровода при безаварийной его работе.localizing the entire potential runoff of oil contamination, the rollers are placed on the ground in several rows (not shown). If the surface layer of the soil surrounding the pipeline has a high permeability, then a dull 5 of flexible impermeable synthetic cloth or clay is arranged in front of the rollers in order to increase the oil pollution filtration path and, accordingly, reduce its consumption. Due to the fact that the backfill soil of the pipeline 6 has a greater permeability than the soil outside the trench, oil filtering when the waterproof cover in the form of segment 7 overflows and the collecting reservoir 8 occurs predominantly upward regardless of the position of the groundwater level (depression curves 9 and 10). The position of the depression curve and, accordingly, the level of the water horizon in the open reservoir 11 during the year changes from a minimum value to a maximum value and vice versa. The geotextile sheath 2 of the ground rollers 1 prevents them from being eroded by surface waters, and it also reduces the required amount of soil at the same height of the fence due to the greater steepness of the roller slopes reinforced by it. The height of the rollers is insignificant; therefore, they do not significantly affect the hydrological regime of the terrain, therefore, they do not violate the ecological environment in the area of the oil pipeline during trouble-free operation.
In addition, the semi-permeability of the rollers prevents the accumulation in front of them of surface water (rainfall) and, consequently, the flooding of the area in the immediate vicinity of the pipeline. Semipermeability is provided by the fact that, with a head up to 1 m and a roller thickness (width) of at least 0.5 m for fine sands, they are water permeable and practically impermeable to oil. This is due to the fact that oil viscosity is 10-50 times higher than water viscosity. In addition, oil is a multicomponent substance, the presence of paraffins in it leads to clogging of the pores of the soil rollers, which also eliminates filtration. If the local soil is coarse sand, then semi-permeability is provided by the addition of special substances to the soil, for example, granulated rubber. Water passes through a mixture of coarse sand with rubber granules.
В этом случае послеunimpeded, and the oil dissolves the rubber to a glue-like mass, which envelops the sand granules, removes pores, the rollers become impermeable to neither water nor oil. In this case, after
Установка валиков позвол ет существенно сократить ущерб от аварии, локализу на местности нефт ное загр знение , предотвраща попадание его вthe elimination of the accident rollers must be re-laid.
