Известен способ изготовлени целлюлозного полуфабриката путем обработки древесины диоксаном, водой и иодидом натри .A known method of making a cellulosic semi-finished product by treating wood with dioxane, water, and sodium iodide.
This method is complicated due to the laboriousness of preparing the cooking solution, and the dioxane used in it is a highly toxic reagent.
There is also known a method for producing cellulose semi-finished product by treating wood with a 50-100% solution of acetic acid at a water ratio from 1: 1 to 1: 2 for 0.5-16.0 hours and a temperature of 150-205 ° C, treatment with sodium hydroxide and flushing.
This method does not allow for a high degree of delignification of the cellulosic semi-finished product obtained from softwood.
Closest to the invention is a method for producing a cellulosic semi-finished product by treating softwood with a solution of concentrated acetic acid at an elevated temperature in the presence of an inorganic additive, which uses ammonium chloride or aluminum chloride, or zinc chloride, or magnesium chloride, sodium hydroxide treatment and washing .
Известный способ также не обеспечивает значительного повышени степени делигнификации и физико-механических показателей целлюлозного полуфабриката .The known method also does not provide a significant increase in the degree of delignification and the physicomechanical parameters of the cellulosic semi-finished product.

The aim of the invention is to increase the delignification and physical and mechanical properties of the semifinished product.
с.д.This goal is achieved by using potassium iodide in the amount of 1-3% by weight of a.s.d. as an inorganic additive at the stage of treating wood with concentrated acetic acid.
The washing is preferably carried out by successive stages of processing the cooled cellulose with 80% acetic acid, water until neutral, 0.5% sodium hydroxide solution and again with water until neutral.
Example. 400 ml of acetic acid with potassium iodide dissolved in it are poured in K100 g of air-dried wood of spruce and impregnated with it in an autoclave for 1 h at room temperature, then the temperature is raised to 165 ° C and wood is processed for 3 h. Then the autoclave is cooled and the resulting cellulose is washed successively with 80% acetic acid (400 ml), water until neutral, 0.5% NaOH solution (200 ml) and again with water until neutral. The resulting cellulosic semi-finished product is subjected to dissolution in a disintegrator for 15 minutes and grind in a roll to 60 ° ShR. From ground pulp on a sheet-making apparatus make prototypes of paper weighing 75 g / m and test them.
с.д.) 9.Experiments were carried out at various concentrations of acetic acid in the range of 80-100% and potassium iodide consumption (1-3% by weight of a.s.) - experiments 1 and 9.
Параллельно провод т в тех же услови х опыты по известному способу, но с использованием в качестве добавки хлорида магни (опыт 10), хлорида цинка (опыт 11) и хлорида алюмини (опыт 12).In parallel, experiments were carried out under the same conditions by a known method, but using magnesium chloride (test 10), zinc chloride (test 11) and aluminum chloride (test 12) as an additive.
The concentrations of the acid, the consumption of additives and the indicators of the obtained cellulosic semi-finished product are presented in the table.
The table shows that the proposed
способ позвол ет на 5,5-12,2% повысить степень делигнификации, а также на 2, и 18,8-35,3% увеличить соответственно разрывную длину и сопротивление излому целлюлозного полуфабриката.the method allows to increase the degree of delignification by 5.5-12.2%, as well as by 2, and 18.8-35.3%, to increase, respectively, the breaking length and fracture resistance of the cellulosic semi-finished product.
