Abstract
This invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. The goal is to reduce mortality in the treatment of patients with purulent peritonitis of the spilled form. The goal is achieved by extracorporeal irradiation of the autologous blood of the patient with ultraviolet rays with a dose of incident radiation of 5.00-700 J / m2, for which blood is drawn from the abdominal aorta, and after irradiation it is administered directly to the orifice of the celiac trunk and superior mesenteric artery.
Description
This invention relates to the field of medicine, namely surgery.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce mortality in case of spilled forms of purulent peritonitis.
The method is carried out as follows.
A catheter is inserted into the aorta aorta, through which blood is taken at a rate of 1-4 mm per kg of body weight of the patient in a vial with 50 ml of physical solution and 2.5 hectares; After that, the blood is irradiated, then the blood is re-irradiated by pumping it into another empty sterile vial without a filter at a rate of i18 ml / min. After irradiation, a pear with a manometer is attached to the duct of the blood vial and pumped. blood in the catheter installed for infusion therapy to the mouth of the celiac trunk and superior mesenteric artery.
Sessions are conducted every other day, 3-5 sessions -1 owls per course. The dose of incident radiation is 500-700 J / m.
Note 1. Patient A, 56 years old, was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of a breakthrough of intraperitoneal abscess into the abdominal cavity, diffuse peritonitis. Surgery: laparotrmy, drainage of the abdominal cavity.
4 sessions of intra-arterial UBI of 3 Ml per kg of weight every other day were conducted. The first session before the ultraviolet irradiation of blood leukocytosis 10.3 109 / l, LII 8, immune complexes (IR) 200 units / ml. After 1 h after the ultraviolet irradiation of blood: leukocytosis 11, .x 10Vn, LII 4.8 IR 81 units / ml. The patient was in the intensive care unit for 7 days, after 27 days he was discharged from the clinic in a satisfactory condition.
