The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity when conducting skin allergy tests and to improve the diagnosis of early stages of allergic ductosis.
FIG. T and 2 show a device for chamber-scarification testing of skin, side view and top view, respectively.
11.The device contains a body 1, made of transparent, polished, chemically inert organic glass with a spherical, diagnostic cavity 2 in the center, bounded by a protective annular collar 3. On the surface A of the body, a measuring coordinate grid L. is plotted. axes of coordinates, a through-threaded hole is made, into which the axis of the scarifier 5 is screwed with the upper handle bent at 90 ° 6. From the side of the diagnostic chamber to the axis, the head 7 of the scarifier is attached to the axis; on in the form of a metal plate 0-5 mm with sharp cutting edges in the form of mutually perpendicular combs 8 applied to the skin in contact with the patient, A fixation element in the form of a bracelet 11 fitted with a lock 12 of the Wilkro type is attached to the eyes 9 , with which the density of the fit of the device and the skin is easily ensured without additional adjustment of the length of the bracelet 11.

Существенным вл етс то, что в устройстве имеетс приспособление дл скарификации кожи, что повышает чувствительность устройства дл проведени кожно-аллергологических тестов .It is essential that the device has a device for scarifying the skin, which increases the sensitivity of the device for skin allergy tests.
Another significant difference is the possibility of diagnosing sensitization to allergens not only of a strong average, but also of a low degree of activity,
The advantages include the possibility of dosed destruction of the stratum corneum, which excludes the test allergens from entering the skin blood vessels and the development of severe complications.
The proposed device is made of cheap and affordable materials, significantly improves the etiological diagnosis of allergic skin diseases, ensures high accuracy and safety of skin testing, expands the scope of use of chamber tests in diagnosing sensitization to low-level allergens, and also reduces the complexity of their production compared to the known device.
