The organizational block note is known, which contains a folder, a clip, a set of forms on which a system of symbols is applied, facilitating record keeping and information retrieval.

The disadvantage of such an orgblock is the impossibility of storing and quickly processing in it a large amount of information for long-term storage and use, since the well-known organizational block does not contain carriers for hosting large amounts of information and means of their processing.

The closest to the present is the organizational block, which contains a folder with a clasp, clips for fastening forms, which are marked with a symbol system that facilitates the search for information, a pocket with means for keeping records.

The disadvantage of this organizational note is the impossibility of storing and fast processing in it of a large amount of information for long-term storage and use, since the known organizational note does not contain carriers for placing large amounts of information and means of their processing.
