Abstract
Способ позвол ет одновременно удал ть изол цию со всех жил сердечника кабел .The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for the disposal of waste insulated cables. The purpose of the invention is to improve the performance of the polymer insulation separation process by simultaneously removing it from all conductive cable cores. Heated to 120-160 ° C segment of the core of a cable with conductive wires in a polyethylene sheath is fixed and given to it a twisting rotation until complete extrusion of the polymer insulation to the surface of the sealed tow of conductive wires. The core is cooled and the sheath formed is cut off with disc shears. The method allows simultaneous removal of insulation from all cores of the cable core.

The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for the disposal of waste insulated electrical wires and cables of any cross sections.
Цель изобретени - увеличение производительности процесса отделени изол ции путем одновременного ее удалени со всех токопровод щих жил сердечника кабел .The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the isolation process by simultaneously removing it from all conductive cores of the cable core.
The method is carried out as follows.
Heated to 120-160 ° C segments of the TPP brand core 10 x 2 x 0.4 of arbitrary length, consisting of bundles of conductive metal cores, covered with a layer of insulating polyethylene, are fixed and give them a twisting movement around the longitudinal axis of the cable core to achieving complete displacement of the high-molecular-weight insulating material onto the outer surface of the compacted by twisting the conductor of the conductive metal cores and before the formation of a continuous polymer shell around it. The core is cooled and the casing is mechanically removed, for example, by longitudinal cutting with circular knives into two equal parts. A tightly twisted one-piece bundle of metal conductive wires freed from the high molecular sheath is removed by winding on a drum. The advantages of the proposed method in comparison with the prototype are a significant improvement in the separation of the high molecular weight insulating layer from the conductive metal core cores, as well as the increased compactness and consolidation of these two components of the cable core into uniform uniform cores.
The method allows the simultaneous removal of the high molecular weight layer of all the conductive cores of the cable core, which improves the performance of the process as a whole.
