Description
The invention relates to the storage of highly evaporating liquids in pontoon tanks.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce costs when installing the tank while maintaining operational reliability.
FIG. 1 shows a tank with a pontoon, general view; in fig. 2-support element with self-aligning plates; in fig. 3 is a view A of FIG. 2; in fig. 4 shows the position of the self-adjusting plate in the process of lifting the pontoon.
The tank includes a housing 1, a pontoon 2 made of a composite material reinforced with a conductive mesh 3, sealing shutter 4, supporting elements made in the form of vertical posts 5 rigidly fixed to the bottom of the tank 6. At the free end of each rack 5 there is a support device consisting of lamellar elements 8 interconnected by means of a hinge 7. Holes 9 are made in the pontoon for movement relative to the uprights 5 in the process of filling the tank.
The tank works as follows.
5.At the initial moment of filling the reservoir with liquid, the pontoon 2 is located on the bottom of the reservoir 6. When filled, the liquid lifts the pontoon 2 until it touches the plate elements 8, which in the process of lifting from the horizontal initial position from the influence of the pontoon 2 turn around the hinge 7 to the position shown in FIG. 4. Upon further injection of fluid, the pontoon 2 comes out of contact with the lamellar elements 8, which, under the action of their weight, will occupy the initial position. The holes 9 in the pontoon 2 are subsequently filled with a composite material after mounting it on the stands 5.
The proposed tank design reduces material consumption and laboriousness of mounting the support site, which leads to lower costs for the construction of a tank with a pontoon and increases operational reliability.
