Description
The invention relates to the purification of waste gases from sulfur dioxide and can be used in metallurgy, power engineering and the chemical industry.
The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of purification.
The method is implemented as follows.
П р и м е р 1. EXAMPLE 1: Exhaust gas containing 1.5-3.5% sulfur dioxide is passed at 60-80 ° C through an aqueous suspension containing nodules 5-30% by weight or a solid layer of iron-manganese nodules ., At the same time, iron-manganese nodules are used with manganese content of 14.8-25.7%. The particle size of the sorbent during the dry cleaning was 3–8 mm, while the wet size varied from 0.074–2.0 mm. Absorbency was assessed by the amount of sorbed, fused sulfur dioxide from gas. The data from the results of experiments are summarized in
Table. Table 1 presents the chemical composition of iron-manganese nodules.
2.The results of experiments on the purification of gas from sulfur dioxide by the dry method are presented in table 2.
3.The results of experiments on the purification of gases from S02 with aqueous suspensions are presented in Table 3.
Степень очистки /99,9%.The highest results were obtained when using a suspension containing 5-30% FMD with a particle size of 0.074-0.1 mm. Degree of purification / 99.9%.
