FIELD: automatic control of grinding processes. SUBSTANCE: automatic control system has acoustic sensor connected, via amplifier, with information input of synchronous band-pass filter whose output is connected to input of amplitude rectifier, two recording devices and two low-frequency filters; input of first low-frequency filter is connected with output of amplitude rectifier and its output is connected with first recording device. Mill is provided with master oscillator, saw-tooth voltage-controlled generator, threshold device and frequency-to-analog converter; input of threshold device is connected with output of second low-frequency filter and its output is connected with control input of master oscillator whose sync input is connected with output of synchronous band-pass filter; output of master oscillator is connected with control input of synchronous band-pass filter and input of frequency-to-analog converter whose output is connected with second recording device; input of second low-frequency filter is connected with output of amplitude amplifier. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and high speed of response of check of loading of mill and degree of wear of grinding members of mill.
