The aim of the invention is to improve the performance of the floor while reducing the consumption of water-repellent composition. The hydrophobic composition is applied to the side of the fiber board, facing the base, in strips to form a grid, and the dowels are installed in three strips.
Description
The invention relates to flooring in civil engineering.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the operational qualities of the floor while reducing the consumption of water-repellent material.
Fig. 1 shows a fragment of the floor when installing a fibreboard coating (Fibreboard). Their lower surface is intensively impregnated with a hydrophobic material (including a composition of several components) with the formation in the plan of the floor of the grid elements 1. These elements are intersecting at a right angle, the strips are performed under the construction conditions Hertoc — just before attaching the plates glue and lugs, as well as in the UPTK system or. at the factory DVP. The rest of the area is shaded -sectors 2, which fill the grill 1. The lattice elements are located parallel to the axis of the nails or installation line of screws 3 that attach the fiberboard to the bottom of the floor.
Figure 2 shows the plot of moisture absorption over the cross section A - A in
стадии уменьшени влажности плит после и предварительного (акклиматизационного ) замачивани .stages of reducing the humidity of the plates after pre-soaking (acclimatization).
Ординаты данной эпюры СТА- и УП пропорциональны соответствующим величинам влагопоглощени различных частей покрыти .When the moisture content of the lattice elements 1 and sectors 2 decreases, the coating tension occurs, which prevents undesirable deformations from the floor plane in the stage of operational moisture changes. The ordinates of this plot CTA- and UE are proportional to the corresponding moisture absorption values of the various parts of the coating.
Fig. 3 shows the nature of free warping of the edge of the coating plate with an increase in its humidity, for example, during the sorption process. The upper fibers in the cross section are less hydrophobic: in the edge area of the slab compared to the lower ones (the radius of curvature R is inversely proportional to the difference between the moisture absorption of the fibers). Figure 4 shows the nature of the distribution of hydrophobization across the edge thickness. In the upper part there is a denser plate structure and a finishing layer.

Така пропитка обеспечивает в 2-3 раза большую гидрофобизацию.the coatings, and in the lower one - special intensive impregnation of the plates (for example, with oil repellent or pectol). Such impregnation provides 2-3 times more water-repellent.
The method allows to level the deformative properties of the upper and lower parts of the fiberboard section, since accordingly, a higher density is compensated for by increased hydrophobization of the lattice part coinciding with the edges of the hardboard (the durability of the coating is determined by the service life of the edge part of the plates).
When the sorption increase in the moisture content of the coating or when drip-wetted moisture enters the joint between adjacent plates, the nature of the deformation of the edges (Fig. 3) becomes favorable from the point of view of reliability — the edge is pressed against the base of the floor, and is not bent away from it.
This factor is enhanced by the presence of a 10–15% lower bulk mass of the coating, as well as the modulus of elasticity of the fiberboard material (due to partial impregnation) compared to known methods.
Влажность плит после прессовани может быть сравнительно выше, что также вл етс положительным технологическим фактором (экономи расхода тепла при сушке плит).The presence of non-impregnated sectors 2, which occupy a large part of the area of the plates, makes it possible to facilitate and speed up the moisture absorption of the plates at the stage of their preliminary soaking. The moisture content of the plates after pressing can be comparatively higher, which is also a positive technological factor (saving heat during the drying of the plates).

Сокращаетс расход этого материала, а также клеевых составов под плитами, ввиду снижени тенденции к короблению и отслоению покрыти от основани .When using the invention, in addition to the advantages mentioned above, the less laboriousness of the nail slab is provided, since there is a peculiar lubrication of the nails (screws) installed on the strips of hydrophobic material. The consumption of this material, as well as the adhesive compositions under the plates, is reduced due to the reduced tendency to warping and peeling of the coating from the base.
The reduction in the cost of the floor due to the use of less expensive plates, as well as the reduction in the consumption of adhesive materials, according to rough estimates, is about 0.3 rubles. on 1 sq.m of a floor. A further reduction in the reduced costs due to an increase in the durability of the creeps will be approximately 30% of the indicated value of the direct costs.
