Description
The invention relates to formulations of fluoride-free low-temperature colored enamels and can be used to enamel electrical and commercial machinery, as well as gas appliances.
The aim of the invention is to increase heat resistance, impact resistance and abrasion resistance.
1.The invention is illustrated by the specific enamel compositions given in Table 1.
The enamel is boiled in a rotary kiln on liquid fuel at a temperature of 1200-1250 ° C for 1 h 20 min, followed by production by granulation on water.
Quartz sand, boric acid, aluminum hydroxide, calcium carbonate, cobalt oxide, zirconia, titanium dioxide, magnesium oxide, trisodium phosphate, crystalline borax, potassium nitrate, copper oxide, lithium carbonate, copper sulphate are used as charge materials.
ч.:Grinding of enamel is carried out in a ball mill to a fineness of 10-14 units (according to the vessel Lysenko, Azarov method). To obtain an enamel slip, the following components are loaded into the mill, parts by weight:
4-5Clay hours rska 4-5
0.05-0,15Potassium chloride 0.05-0.15
The enamel slip is applied to metal products, for example, the frameworks of washing machines made of steel 08KP, sprayed and, after drying, burned in a conveyor furnace with electric heating at a temperature of 700-750 ° C, calcining time 4-5 minutes.
Table 2 shows the physico-chemical properties of enamels.
