Description
The invention relates to the printing industry, in particular to a method for producing texture on paper with an imitation of the pores of wood used for furnishing furniture.
There is a known method of reproducing wood texture by printing a texture pattern with a paint based on a styrene copolymer with maleic anhydride, impregnation with a urea-formaldehyde resin solution, drying at 160-170 ° C and applying a top coat varnish and re-drying at 120-160 ° C.
This technology does not allow to obtain a paper that simulates the texture of wood with real tures.
There is a method of producing on paper texture with simulated wood pores, including operations; applying wood texture with waterborne paint, printing with water-borne paint containing lacquerous substances to form a relief image, impregnating with water composition, removing excess water, drying at 115-160 ° C varnishing with water-based varnish, passing through a heated wax, heated to 60- 100 ° С and drying at 120 - 160 ° С.
Данный способ многостадиен и позвол ет получать текстуру с рельефным изображением (имитацией пор) только на бумаге с повышенной гладкостью (не менее 40 с).This method is multistage and allows to obtain a texture with a relief image (imitation of pores) only on paper with increased smoothness (at least 40 s).
Цель изобретени - упрошение технологии получени на бумаге текстуры с имитациеи нор древесины, используемой дл отделки мебели.. ;The purpose of the invention is to simplify the technology for obtaining on paper textures from the imitation of wood holes used for furniture decoration ..;
