The invention relates to printing, in particular, to water-borne printing inks, and can be used for reproducing in depth, facexographic printing of wood texture, fabric, marble, for making failures and other multi-pattern drawings on paper, wood-fiber, primed wood texture. - gum, asbestos fiber plates and other similar substrates on role and sheet machines of gravure, flexographic and offset printing.
The purpose of the invention is povopenie durability of colorful prints to the action of coating varnish and their intensity.
1:1 In the paint using a mixture of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymers mol. masses of 150,000 and 500,000 with their ratio in the mixture (3-5): 1, respectively. The ratio of styrene and maleic anhydride in the copolymer is 1: 1
90: 10.Before use, the copolymers are neutralized with 25% aqueous ammonia solution to a pH of 8-10. The solvent used is a mixture of water and aliphatic alcohol with a ratio in the mixture from 50:50 to 90: 10.
In addition, dimethylamine polyphosphate technical, silica modified with dimethyldichlorosilane, brand AM-1-300, alkali-resistant pigments such as phthalocyanine, azo pigments, iron oxide, crown, and soot are used in the paint.
1.The compositions of the proposed paint are given in table. one.
The paint is prepared in a ball mill (attritor or bead mill). The copolymer is preliminarily dissolved in a solvent according to the recipe, the solution is loaded into an attritor, ethyl cellosolve and / or butyl cellosolve, pigment, sodium polyphosphate and silicon dioxide are added and dispersed to a particle size of not more than 10 µm.
Known paint is prepared in a similar manner.
4.Before printing, the inks are diluted with water to viscosity 18-28 seconds according to VZ-4.
OThe resulting paint is applied to the base paper 150x220 mm in size with a spiral doctor blade 6 µm in depth (doctor blade number 12).
