Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely to rheumatology, and can be used to assess the effectiveness of treatment of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. The purpose of the invention is to improve accuracy. The method determines the degree of thrombocytopathy by calculating the total index of thrombophilia in platelet-rich and platelet-poor plasma before and during treatment. When reaching or exceeding the degree of platelet influence 1.7, treatment is assessed as effective. The method makes it possible to shorten the time of the study, to assess the effectiveness of tyagy in a short time and to reduce the likelihood of the development of complications, such as thrombosis and hemorrhage. the following calculation of its total value. In addition, by comparing changes in the total value of the index of thrombophilia in the best platelet itrombocytoid plasma, the extent of platelet influence and the nature of their functional changes in the radiated pathology for treatment and 10–14 days after the start of treatment are quantified. When reaching or exceeding the degree of platelet influence 1.7, treatment is assessed as effective. Example 1. Sick ill., 21 years old, was admitted with a diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus I st. activity, chronic progressive course with involvement of the skin, joints, myocardium, kidneys, lungs. A plasma-platelet unit is evaluated for the detection of thrombocytopathy using the proposed method prior to treatment. The extent of platelet influence before treatment is 1.97. The patient underwent a course of basic therapy (prednisone 30 mg / day) O 00 SA)
Description
The degree of platelet influence after treatment is 0.11. The decrease in the index of the degree of platelet influence by 2.08 sr. units serves as a criterion for treatment failure.
Л р и м е р 2. п/к.L p and m e r 2. Bolna E., 18 years old, diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus III st. activity, chronic progressive course with involvement of the skin, joints, heart, kidneys, thrombohemorrhagic complications. A patient on the background of basic corticosteroid therapy (drednisolone 60 mg / day) was prescribed heparin 10TEDx2 p. PC.
Увеличение индекса на 1,73 свидетельствует об эффективности лечени .It was established that before treatment the degree of platelet influence was -2.36, after treatment it was -0.63. An increase in the index by 1.73 indicates the effectiveness of the treatment.
Thus, the proposed method makes it possible to shorten the time of the study, quickly assess the effectiveness of therapy and reduce the likelihood of complications from the therapy being applied, in particular thrombosis and hemorrhage.

Способ оценки эффективности лечени больных системной красной волчанкой, включающий исследование показателей гемостаза в тромбоцитарной плазме, о т л и- чающийс тем, что, с целью повышени точности способа, дополнительно исследуют показатели гемостаза в бестромбоцитной плазме, определ ют степень тромбоцитопатии как отношение изменений показателей коагу- лограммы в богатой тромбоцитами плазме к изменению показателей бестромбоцитной плазмы до и после лечени и при его значении 1,7 и более оценивают лечение как эффективное .A method for evaluating the efficacy of treating patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, including a study of hemostasis in platelet plasma, which is based on the fact that, in order to improve the accuracy of the method, hemostasis in bestbromy plasma is further investigated as the ratio of changes in coagulum parameters - logs in platelet-rich plasma to a change in indicators of platelet-free plasma before and after treatment and with a value of 1.7 or more assess the treatment as effective.
