Abstract
The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to the extraction of minerals by the method of underground leaching. The goal is to increase the degree of extraction of anglesite from the rock mass and improve the environmental conditions of production. The crushed rock mass is treated with an aqueous solution of potassium nitrate and / or aluminum nitrate, after which the productive solution is processed. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to mining (geotechnology) and can be used in the development of mineral deposits.
There is a method of developing ore deposits by selectively transferring the useful component to the liquid phase in the subsoil with the subsequent processing of metal-containing (production) solutions. In underground leaching, the metal is recovered by ion exchange in the process of controlled movement of the reagent through an array with natural permeability previously destroyed by various methods or carbonated ore.
The known method is not environmentally friendly because the chemicals used pollute the environment and poison the bowels of the Earth.
There is also known a method for extracting useful components (soda and alumina from dawsonite-containing raw materials), including
переработке продукционный раствор подвергают карбонизации с выделением алюминиевого продукта и последующему упариванию с выделением соды.the treatment with a leaching solution of sodium hydroxide and the processing of the production solution, the leaching solution being fed with a concentration of sodium hydroxide in it of 1-5% into the dawsonite formation. however, before applying the solution, create artificial permeability of the reservoir, and when. processing the production solution is subjected to carbonization with the release of the aluminum product and subsequent evaporation with the release of soda.
This method is also not environmentally friendly due to the use of sodium hydroxide.
Цель изобретени - повышение степени извлечени полезного компонента и улучшение экологических условий производства;The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of extraction of the useful component and improve the environmental conditions of production;
