The working distal end of the aspiration tube 5 is located at the level of the near edge of the oblique incision 4 of the endotracheal tube 2, i.e. tube 2. The aspiration tube 5 is installed in the endotrache tube 2 with the possibility of mutual movement. The non-working proximal end of the aspiration tube 5 is connected to a vacuum aspirator (not shown). Intubation tube 2 is a conventional device for patient intubation, an element of the lung ventilation system (ALV) and, as a rule, is made of non-toxic plastic or rubber and cannot be used without a stiffening element. The aspiration tube 5 is made of any corrosion-resistant metal or hard plastic and retains its shape. The edge of the working end of the aspiration tube 5 is rounded, for example, rolled.
The assembly 1 (Fig. 2) is an endotrache tube 2 with an aspiration tube 5 installed in it with a predetermined required shape. The intubation tube 2, due to its elasticity, repeats the shape of a rigid aspiration.
Восстановление проходимости ВДП больного при острой дыхательной недостаточности осуществл ют следующим образом .The restoration of the patency of the VDP of a patient with acute respiratory failure is carried out as follows.
A sterile aspiration tube 5 is inserted into the sterile intrinsic tube 2 to the restrictor b. The proximal end of the aspiration tube 6 is connected to a vacuum aspirator. The patient is placed on his back, head thrown back. The laryngoscope (not shown) pushes the tongue to the left upwards from the blade by a known left-handed method. Under visual control with the right hand, advance the device 1 along the upper respiratory tract (VDP). At the same time, the entire contents of the VDP-oral cavity, pharynx, larynx vestibule are aspirated, which provides visual control of the passage of the oblique slice of the 4-device 1 through the glottis to the trachea until the vocal loops disappear.
After the intubation tube in the trachea is installed and the VDP is cleared of the aspiration masses, the inner aspiration tube 5 is removed, the cuff 3 is inflated. tubes matched with
