The invention relates to methods for monitoring the leaktightness of products by the halogen method and improves the sensitivity of monitoring by eliminating the blocking of microchannels with the liquid phase of freon. The test article is evacuated to a pressure of saturated freon vapors. The product is filled to working pressure with halogen-containing gas and subjected to vibration. On the penetration of freon through the walls of the test product is judged on the tightness. 2 Il.
Description
The invention relates to a test apparatus, in particular to the monitoring of the tightness of products.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity of the control leak.
The physical meaning of the invention is explained as follows.
Consider two cases.
1. Microchannels are closed with Freon condensate. In this case, pressurized gas containing halides, pushing the condensate plug to the microchannel outlet, dissolves in it, thereby increasing the concentration of halide-containing substances at the outlet of the microchannel, which are recorded by a halide leak detector.
Vibration applied to the product increases the rate of gas dissolution in the condensate tube.
2. Microchannels are open. In this case, the gas containing halides will expire with freon vapors from the microchannel; at the outlet of the latter, the content of substances is higher than only pure freon and neutral process gas would expire.
Replacing the neutral gas of supercharging with a gas containing halides increases the sensitivity of the test control even when a part of the microchannels remain open and a part is closed by the liquid phase of freon.
FIG. 1 shows the chromatogram of the experimental testing of the method in the case of pressurization of the product with gas, which was SF6 gas, and vibration was not superimposed on the product; in fig. 2 - the same, in the case of pressurization of the product with gas, for which SF6 gas was used, with vibration applied to the product.
The method is carried out as follows.
The internal cavity of the test article is pumped out to a pressure below the saturated vapor pressure of freon, for example, up to 130 Pa, the freon is evaporated into it from a container connected to the latter.

давлени галоидсодержащим газом, давление насыщенных паров которого больше рабочего .pressure halide gas, the vapor pressure of which is greater than the worker.
Vibration accelerates the process of dissolution of pressurized gas in freon, which is in the form of condensate on the walls of the product and in microchannels.
The outflow of freon and gas pressurization occurs on the considered modes.
In addition, vibration reduces the boundary layers due to the influence of the solid phase on the liquid and thereby increases the living section of the microchannel.
The signal is recorded by a halide leak detector from the outside of the product.
Емкость заполн ли жидким фреоном (хладоном-1.13), капилл р погружали в жидкость .The method was tested experimentally on a hollow stainless steel tank with a volume of 0.1 l. where a glass capillary with a flow of gels through it at an operating pressure of 3 kgf / cm2 Q 5 micron.rt.st. was used as a leaking simulator. The container was filled with liquid freon (freon-1.13), the capillary was immersed in the liquid.
(SFe).The tank was filled with a gas containing haloids, for which SF6 gas was used.
2).The outflow of halogen-containing substances from the capillary channel was recorded by an LHM-80 chromatograph with an electron-capture detector after 20 min for 4 hours, the first two hours without product vibration (the result of the experiment is shown in Fig. 1), the next two hours with product vibration (the results are shown in Fig. 2).
