Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely industrial hygiene and sanitation. The purpose of the invention is to expand the operation of the method by indicating water-insoluble beryllium compounds. A solution of 1, 0-1.5% sulfuric acid in the amount of 0.025-0.030 mg / cm2 is applied to the skin, shaded with a glass rod, then with thromosurol S and an amount of 0.0025-0.0030 mg / cm and an ammonia buffer solution in the amount of 0.005-0.006 mg / cm2. The content of beryllium on the skin is judged by the change in color of the filter paper, which is wetted with the applied reagents. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely industrial hygiene and sanitation.
- Целью изобретени вл етс расширение спектра действи способа за счет индикации водонерастворимых соединений берилли .- The aim of the invention is to expand the spectrum of the method by indicating water-insoluble beryllium compounds.
The method is carried out as follows.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. A 0.01 ml of 1–1.5% H2SO4 is applied to the test area of skin, bounded by a 2x2 cm square, using a micropipette, and carefully shaded with a glass rod throughout the entire area of the square. The specific amount of acid in this case is 0.025-0.035 mg / cm2 of skin. During this operation, both water-soluble and water-insoluble micro-amounts of beryllium go into solution. Then using a micropipette on the same

После высыхани окраску полоски сравнивают со стандартной шкалой.square of skin coat with chromazurol S in an amount of 0.0025-0.0030. mg / cm2 of the skin and ammonia buffer solution with a pH of 9.8-10 in the amount of 0.005-0.006 mg / cm2 of skin. Reagents are carefully shaded over a square area of skin and get wet on the middle part of a strip of filtered paper measuring 2x1 cm2. After drying, the color of the strip is compared to a standard scale.
A standard scale is prepared as follows.

To compare the results of the survey, the production site for the preparation of ceramics is selected, where skin contamination is mainly caused by (high-rolled beryllium oxide. Employees' skin contamination was determined using known and proposed methods. The survey data are given in the table,
From the data presented it can be seen that the percentage of contaminants found is higher when the control is carried out by the proposed method.
The use of the invention will allow the operational control of contamination of the skin of personnel with berylli compounds by detecting
водорастворимых и труднорастворимых соединений берилли .water soluble and sparingly soluble compounds beryllium.
