Description
The invention relates to the processing of materials by cutting, in particular by milling.
The aim of the invention is to increase the vibration resistance by optimizing the size and nature of the unevenness of the pitch of the cutter teeth.
Figure 1 shows a mill with an even number of teeth; figure 2 - with odd.
The milling cutter contains mounting and working part. At the same time, on the working part, with an even number of teeth, the first z / 2 teeth have a circumferential pitch Ј1, and the remaining ones - Ј2. With an odd number of teeth, the middle tooth is performed as in a mill with a uniform arrangement of teeth. The magnitude of the misalignment of the teeth of Le is chosen from the ratio

2,3....With an arbitrary pitch of the cutter teeth, the harmonics are multiples of the largest number of energy carried by the instrument's teeth. In general, as the number of the suppressed harmonic increases, the amount of energy in it decreases. Therefore, when choosing the magnitude of the difference of steps to suppress the harmonic that carries the greatest amount of energy m 1. However, the amplitude of oscillations in the technological system is also determined by the possible resonance phenomena. Therefore, if it is necessary to suppress harmonics of higher order when choosing the magnitude of the difference of steps, the value of t is 2.3 ...
