Abstract
The invention relates to veterinary medicine. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the method. The method consists in loading the bird into an aerosol chamber under stress and treating veterinary agents with an aerosol under conditions of tightness of the chambers; the aerosol is introduced into the chamber discretely in the rhythm of the charge. At the end of the treatment, the bird is moved to the pipeline, in front of which it is exposed to air jets in the direction perpendicular to its movement. The efficiency of using the veterinary preparation in this method is 17-26.3% higher than the known I bird.
Description
The invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular, to methods of administering aerosols of medicinal and biologically active substances into the body, as well as vaccines.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the method.
The drawing shows a device that implements the method of processing birds.
11.The device consists of an aerosol generator 1, a unit 2 for counting and control, pipelines 3, 4, electromagnetic valve 5, feed funnel 6, valve for funnel 7, counterweight 8, aerosol chamber 9, pipeline 10, sensor 11.
The device works as follows.
Fill the aerosol generator 1 with the solution of the device, connect the unit 2 of the counting and control to the power source. Compressed air is fed into the pipes 3 and 4, while the solenoid valve 5 is closed. For aerosol treatment, the birds are served individually by themselves into the feed funnel 6. Under the force of the bird's body
10opens valve 7. which, in the absence of a bird on it, is in the closed position due to its counterweight 8. After passing the bird, valve 7 is closed, the bird enters the aerosol chamber 9, and then along the inclined surface of the chamber into the pipeline 10
12Before the bird enters the valve 7, a signal is sent to the counting and control unit 2 from the sensor 11B. In turn, block 2, in addition to chick counting, supplies power to the solenoid valve 5, which opens for a short time and compressed air, entering generator I , introduces an aerosol prepared by the generator into the chamber 9, where the bird also enters. Before entering the bird into Pipeline 10, it is exposed to air streams in a direction perpendicular to the movement of the bird. Air jets are formed when compressed air passes through conduit 4 through port 12.

The trials form 7 groups of 100 animals each, three of which serve as controls. Chickens of the control groups are treated with the prototype. To prepare the aerosol, an aqueous solution of oxytetracycline with a concentration of 5500 U (6 mg) in I ml is used, which is fed to the chamber continuously at the rate of 6 ml of the preparation solution in 1 minute, and the chickens from the experimental group receive the aerosol into the chamber discretely in the rhythm of loading from calculating 300 U (0.067 ml of solution) of oxytetracycline per head. An aqueous solution of oxytetracycline with a concentration of 4500 U (5 mg) in 1 ml is used to prepare aerosols.
After treatment, 5 chickens from each group are immediately killed and the content of oxytetracycline in the lung tissue is determined. After 3 hours, another 5 chicks from each group are killed and the content of the antibiotic in the lung tissue and in the blood is determined.
17-26,3%.From the experience it follows that the treatment of chickens in this method is more effective for chickens in terms of the concentration of oxytetracycline in the blood of the lung tissue, while reducing the consumption of veterinary preparation at the expense of its better use by 17-26.3%.

100%.Growing the remaining chickens after testing (90 heads in each group) up to 2 weeks of age shows that this method does not adversely affect the viability of chickens. Safety in all groups is 100%.
The economic effect of a single use of the oxytetracycline treatment method for one thousand chickens is 0.1-0.54 rubles.
