Abstract
The invention relates to reagent methods for the treatment of waste water and waste electrolytes from heavy metals, and can be used in the engineering, shipbuilding, machine tool and electrical industries and allows for an increase in the degree of purification. To carry out the process, ligno sulfonates and cationic polyelectrolyte in a metal: lignosulfonates mass ratio of cationic polyelectrolyte equal to X4-10): (0.5-4.0) are successively introduced into wastewater containing heavy metal ions. Purified water is separated by filtration or decantation. The method allows to purify waste water from heavy metals to MAC. 2 tab.
Description
The invention relates to reagent methods for the treatment of wastewater and waste electrolytes from heavy metals and can be used in the engineering, shipbuilding, machine tool and electrical industries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification.
П р и м е р 1. PRI me R 1. A 50% aqueous solution of lignosulphonate is introduced into waste water containing heavy metal ions in a predetermined amount and stirred for 5 minutes. Next, a 50% cationic type polyelectrolyte aqueous solution is added to the solution in the suggested amount. The process is carried out at a pH of 2-11 with stirring for 5 minutes, during which the formation of a triple metal-polymer complex occurs. Purified water is removed by filtration or decantation.
1Data on the results of cleaning are presented in table 1
1:(4-7):(2-2,7).PRI me R 2 (known). Similar to Example 1, but polyethylenimine and sodium dodecyl sulfate in a metal / polyethylamine-enimel-dodecyl sulfate mass ratio of 1: (4-7) :( 2-2.7) is introduced into waste water containing heavy metals.
2The results of wastewater treatment in a known manner are presented in table 2
0,12.The analysis of metals is carried out by the AAS and AES methods, the pH of the effluent is 8D ionic strength 0.12.
From the data of Tables 1 and 2 it follows that the advantages of the proposed method of wastewater purification from metals are the high degree of purification from heavy metal (up to 0.05-0.1 mg / l), the versatility of the method applied to a wide range of metals, a wide range of pH at which metals are extracted, a small amount of precipitate formed (up to 0.3% of the volume of wastewater), ease of metal regeneration, the possibility of using purified water in a closed
