Abstract

Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к терапевтической стоматологии, и имеет цель предупреждени осложнений глубокого кариеса. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что после раскрыти , некро- томии, формировани в пределах иммунных зон кариозной полости, дно ее высушивают ватным шариком и накладывают на него прокладку из гидроокиси алюмини , модифицированного ионами серебра в соотношении 3:1000-7:1000, что достигаетс путем тщательного перемешивани , прогревани и прокаливани спиртового раствора нитрата серебра с гидроокисью алюмини . После наложени на дно лечебной прокладки, ее покрывают фосфат-цементом и пломбировочным материалом дл посто нных пломб Свойства компонентов лечебной прокладки, а именно серебро и гидроокись алюмини , обеспечивают ее высокую бактерицидность и реминерализирующую способность, что позвол ет наложение посто нной пломбы при глубоком кариесе в первое посещение, Предложенный способ прост, чрезвычайно эффективен, доступен врачу любой квалификации , не требует дорогосто щего оборудовани и препаратов. 1ЛThe invention relates to medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry, and has the purpose of preventing the complications of deep caries.
