To prepare the proposed solution, sulfuric acid is added to the working bath filled to 85% of the volume with cold water (temperature 15-28 ° C) at a rate of 100 g / dm with continuous stirring, after which organic additives are added. Thiourea is pre-dissolved separately in a portion of warm (40-59 ° C) water, polyvinyl alcohol and gelatin are pre-swelled for 6-8 hours, then dissolved by heating and stirring, and then introduced into the working bath.
(II).180-220After treatment in the proposed solution without washing, the parts are loaded into a brilliant copper sulfate electrolyte of any composition, for example, g / dm3: Sulfuric acid 5-water copper (II) .180-220

B-72113-5 Bleaching agent Water Up to 1 dm3 Processing time 20 min, cathode current density 2 A / dm. The adhesion of the copper coating to the substrate of aluminum and its alloys is determined by the method of E. Allard. The compositions of the tested solutions, as well as the results of their testing are presented in the table.
Анализ данных, приведенных в таблице , показывает, что только при совместном использовании всех компонентов предложенного состава получают качественные медные покрыти на поверхности алюмини с высокой прочностью сцеплени .Analysis of the data in the table shows that only when all the components of the proposed composition are used together, high-quality copper coatings are obtained on the surface of aluminum with high adhesion strength.
The gelatin introduced into the pretreatment solution of aluminum improves the quality of the treated surface of aluminum alloys, while preventing over-treatment of their surfaces.
Polyvinyl alcohol is a high-molecular compound that enhances the inhibitory effect of thiourea and gelatin in an acidic solution due to the formation of strong adsorption layers and hydrophobic films on the surface of the aluminum alloys, which prevent further oxidation of the aluminum surface.
Thus, the use of the proposed solution for pretreatment of the surface of aluminum and its alloys makes it possible to obtain a clean, oxide-free surface of aluminum, and also to prevent contact release of copper from electrolyte sulfate, which contributes to an increase in the adhesion strength of the copper coating to the substrate.
