Description
5[The invention relates to the treatment of wastewater, in particular to devices for aeration, and can be used in wastewater treatment plants for biological treatment. 5
The aim of the invention is to reduce the material consumption and increase the efficiency of aeration due to the simplification of the design and destruction of the foam formed during operation.
The drawing schematically shows a device for aeration.
8.The aeration device contains a container 1 for aerated liquid, a guide pipe 2 with a submersible pump 3. Moreover, the upper end 4 of the guide pipe 2 is equipped with a tap 5. The guide pipe 2 in the section below the tap 5 is additionally equipped with a second tap 6 with an adjustable shutter 7. Under the outlet The hole of the second outlet 6 on: the surface of the aerated liquid is not: solid disk 8 is installed movably.
25The device operates as follows. 25
7.The liquid from the tank 1 for the aerated liquid is pumped through the guide tube 2 to its upper end 4, passing through outlet 5 and forming a flowing stream enriched with atmospheric oxygen and representing a water-air mixture, the recirculated liquid enters the thickness of the aerated liquid at high speed, saturating it with atmospheric oxygen by repeated recirculation. In this case, when working with foam; forming liquids, such as, for example, wastewater, as a result of intensive introduction of oxygen in the air on the surface of the aerated liquid in tank 1, intense foaming begins, the destruction of which occurs as follows. When you open the adjustable shutter 7 of the second outlet 6, part of the liquid recirculated in the guide tube 2, vertically with a flowing jet enters the disk 8, breaking on it and scattering over the surface of the aerated liquid, continuously scattering the foam layer. The cross-section of the foaming jet from the second outlet 15 b, and thereby its destructive power is changed using a -regulated damper 7.
The invention improves the quality of aerated water.
