Abstract
The invention relates to spray devices whose operation is based on the principle of colliding jets, and can be applied to irrigation of agricultural crops by sprinkling. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of spraying and increase the irrigation zone. For this, one of the spray nozzles, made in the form of an open ellipse, has an internal channel narrowing to the outlet opening and two through holes in the bend section along the major axis of the ellipse. When sawing a liquid, the quality of rain produced by sprays with colliding jets (due to a decrease in the diameter of the droplets formed) is improved, and, consequently, the erosion effect of rain is reduced and high quality irrigation is ensured. 1 il.

The invention relates to spray devices whose operation is based on the principle of collision jets, and can be applied in irrigating agricultural crops by sprinkling.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of spraying and increase the irrigation zone.
The drawing shows the spray liquid, the cut.
The liquid sprayer has a supply nozzle 1 and distribution nozzles 2 and 3 in the form of an open ellipse with opposite outlets 4 and 5. The distribution nozzles 2 and 3 and the supply nozzle 1 are connected by a socket adapter 6. One of the distribution nozzles 2 is made with tapering towards the outlet 5 by the internal channel and with two through holes 7 at the bend site along the major axis of the ellipse.
The spray liquid works as follows.
The fluid entering through the inlet pipe 1 enters the distribution pipes 2 and 3, through which it passes through the holes 4 and 5, directed towards each other. The jets that pass through the holes 4 and 5 collide and the spraying process takes place. By making the nozzle 3 with the narrowest section at the end of the nozzle 3, the flow rate increases so much that the pressure drops to the pressure of saturated liquid vapor and cavitation occurs, and due to the flow of air through the openings 7, the flow aerates. but

Cavitation cavities formation process. When the flow out of the nozzle 3 through the holes 5, cavitation cavities collapse in the region of the jets' collision and pressure pulses are formed — shock waves that contribute to more intensive jet disintegration into smaller droplets than provides high quality sawing, E | the additional kinetic energy imparted to the droplets makes it possible to overcome large distances, which increases the capture area.
